Lots of great features and perfect size! I upgraded from an iPhone 8 and am very pleased with my new phone.

The color is so cute and the phone works flawlessly. I would expect anything less from Apple. I normally order all my iPhones from Apple directly but this time I ordered this phone originally with my carrier, Verizon, but it was back-ordered. Thank goodness for BestBuy because I received my device in a swift 3-4 days and got a better price on my AppleCare+ Thief and Loss plan. I adore my phone and I am really considering getting the nest latest iPhone in October from BestBuy as well.

Great phone! It’s very easy to use and very stylish. The camera is an upgrade from previous models and takes very clear pictures.

Best iPhone yet. I like the Face ID feature. Physically smaller than the 7 Plus that I used to have, but the screen is larger.

Got this phone for my mom and she loves it. The camera is amazing and its very fast. The only downside is that I can't believe that apple still only puts 64GB on their phones with no expandable options so i ended up needing to upgrading her iCloud storage.

Wife is very happy with the 11. Good quality pictures and very easy to use. Apple always makes a solid product.

My daughter broke her screen on her XR. After talking to the Geek Squad and a sales guy, they convinced us to not put any extra money towards the XR and to upgrade to the 11. It made sense because the screen replacement was $200, so instead of fixing the old one, we put that money towards a new one and were told that we would be able to trade her XR in with the broken screen. Ordered the phone online and it arrived one day earlier than promised! Happy kid and a happy mom.

This phone replaced an iPhone 5 that was 6 1/2 years old. I loved that smaller phone, but the battery was just getting weird. I would lose 80% of my charge in just five minutes. This phone probably has way more features than I will ever use. I'm still getting used to swiping it, instead of hitting a home key. Sadly, it no longer fits into "pockets" in my Baggalini purse, so now it's just in the main compartment. Therefore, I bought a screen protector because I think it's more vulnerable now. I also wasn't used to the fact that it turns on automatically whenever you touch it. I was worried I would wear down the charge. But I do see the benefit of being able to check the time without clicking anything. The overall huge benefit is that, since I don't use it much, I don't even have to charge it once a day! I guess it was just time to say goodbye to my trusty 5! :-(

I went from iPhone 5 to iPhone 11 and so far so good the camera is great and the bigger screen is even better!

Great phone. Bought it on sale before the 12 came out and it has better camera and battery life then the 12.

Great product, camera great! Easy to use and my transfer was easy as well. And cheaper to buy from Best Buy then at Verizon.
