The iPhone X is way over price and this was a better option camera is great and very user friendly

Coming from the XR you won’t notice the difference with the screen, but the battery and camera is just beautiful

While the 11 is mostly a minor upgrade from the XR, the camera is a major upgrade! Longer battery life and better camera make this an awesome phone. If you have the XR though, I would wait and see what the next iPhone looks like.

This is my 1st IPhone and I am still learning how to use it. It will take me a while but I am having fun discovering the different functions and short cuts. The BB rep was great and patient helping me and he was right - this is the perfect first IPhone. I left the store knowing enough to use the phone and a lot to explore. The sound quality, pictures, reception has all been excellent and the battery life great.

I've had an Apple 6+ iPhone for years and finally decided to purchase an upgrade to iPhone 11. It's a really nice phone and the new features are cool. I wish these phones weren't so expensive but the quality and security this phone provides helps offset the price for me. I also have a MacBook Pro, so I like that I have 2 Apple products that are easy to sync.

Love the larger screen but the best thing is the battery lasts so much longer than my old iPhone 7.

The screen is much brighter and the batteries last a lot longer. The new camera is also a great improvement.

I've had this phone now for about a month. Thought it would be difficult to use but, No. It's great. The service person who waited on me was friendly and professional. Answered my questions and transferred my data. Under the circumstances with masks and distancing, I would say it was very good. If we hadn't had to deal with Covid I would have expected a more skilled and helpful sale. However, the phone is top notch.
