Bought the iPhone 11 on Black Friday for my son. He loves it and works great with his MacBook for school.

Larger and heavier than my iPhone 7, but the screen is better and the battery life is much better.

My wife dropped her nearly 3 year old iPhone 7 and it made a small crack in the screen. It has long been paid for and the battery sucked so it was well worth updating vs paying $150 for a new screen and $50 for a new battery. So far the function is great...at least until Apple updates 5 more times and sucks the battery life in it. Still our choice over any other phones, and easier than going to Verizon, plus we get Best Buy pts.

I’m totally impressed with this new I-phone 11. I was a dedicated Blackberry owner for 20 years! Now I’m wondering what took me so long to switch. At 72 years old I have mastered iOS 13 in a little more than one day! It is so incredibly friendly. I love it.

Good price and prompt service. Replaced two iphone 6's with two iphone 11's. Less than an hour to transfer all data from old phones to new phones. Also received cash back with the purchase from my Best Buy credit card. Everything transferred over without issue and the phones are a big improvement. Battery lasts 2 to 3 days, compared to 1 day with the old phones. Happy with the purchase.

There is no round button on the bottom. I kind of miss it. This phone has a bit of a learning curve, but it is so powerful. The camera is phenomenal. I got the red phone. Everyone keeps telling me they want red too.
