Love the big screen and camera

Second time was the charm

It couldn't connect for some reason. After the great help at Best Buy, I was given this phone and it's been great ever since. Getting to know the new functions was pretty easy after having a 7 for so long. Great phone for a great cause.

Not only is the purple color beautiful, but she is enjoying the bigger screen and the new features that the IOS 13 offers. There were issues with the transferring of apps, contacts, and pictures, but the Best Buy associate stuck with it until the problem was solved. Glad they did it for us!
