Bought this for my wife who had been using an iPhone 6s for several years but was having issues with battery life and fuzzy pictures so I decided it was time to update. I debated buying an older model for her rather than the iPhone 11 to avoid the use of Face ID but decided to go with the most recent model and think that was the right decision. The battery life is fantastic in comparison to her old phone, the picture quality is great and she is enjoying the slightly larger screen. She has been using Face ID but has not been thrilled with the functionality in comparison to the old thumbprint ID. She is also having to replace her phone holders due to the larger size.

I had an older I phone and needed to get a new phone so I decided to get an I Phone 11. It was so different than my other phone and it took me a little while to get use to the new phone but now that I have I just love it. It is so much faster. The battery stays charged longer. I love the camera on the phone as well. The pictures are so much clearer.

I purchased an iPhone 11 and am very thrilled with it. The phone is fast and the colors are vivid. The camera takes much better pictures and it’s so easy to use. I would recommend this phone for everyone

Faster than my old iPhone 7 (which lasted over 4 years!) and easier to use. Face ID is nice (when you're not wearing a mask). But the best feature is the larger screen. Much better for everything (I'm getting a littler older and the larger text is GREAT!) All in all I am very happy with the upgrade. Would recommend this phone to anyone.

I've been very happy with my new iPhone 11. Was a long time Android user but just switched to be compatible with my kids. Pleasantly surprised that I like it as much as I do. Also, no one in sales/support (Verizon, Apple, Best Buy) seemed to know the answers on how seamless the process would be to continue using Google Products (Gmail/Contacts/Calendar) from the Android ecosystem on the iPhone. Many told me that I could import my data into Apple apps but not maintain both databases concurrently. I am happy to say that this is WRONG. In the Apple Calendar and Apple Contacts, within app settings, you can set your default calendar/contacts account to be your Google based accounts. I also loaded the Google Calendar app so the interface is familiar, but I have it sync to the Apple Calendar app so that I can see calendar events in Apple Car Play and use Siri to make new appointments on the fly. Gmail app is fine on Android. I do not use the Apple Mail app. So, I have the best of both Apple and Google worlds!! Phone is fast, features are wonderful. Love the face ID for unlock, though it doesn't know me with wet hair and without glasses. Otherwise it works well. Battery life is AMAZING!! Very happy with this purchase and will keep it for a long time!

The cameras on the new iPhone 11 is fantastic. Battery life is substantially better than the iPhone X and the speed of apps to launch is in milliseconds. Quite impressed with this update and would recommend to anyone considering upgrading.

Best iPhone yet. After having many versions of the iPhone, this is the best one yet. We have Verizon and never drop a call. Screen is amazing and features of phone are easy to use. Camera is awesome and I use it all the time. I’ll hopefully have this phone for many years, until the iPhone 13 comes out.

This I iPhone is my favorite phone ever. A litter bit bigger than the newest phone, but I like it better. Easy to use but it takes a while to get used to swiping up instead of pushing the button. Great pictures. Navigation is great and paired with the watch it dings to let you know there is a turn coming up.

I purchased a new iphone 11 for my lady because she had an iphone 6, which was slow and only had 16 GB of memory. The new iphone 11 comes with much more memory, 128GB and is much easier to use, with just swiping to reach apps. It is much faster and a good quality phone, with the extra of a higher quality camera.

Good phone. Great camera. Rarely see it’s color because of the case on it. Easy to see the screen because it is a bit bigger in size, but the phone doesn’t fit in a pocket as a result. It works being held in a hand to use it, but it isn’t light in weight.

Coming from an iPhone 6s anything would be an upgrade, but this is above and beyond! I love the camera, the speed, the size, everything! My spouse has the iPhone X and aside from the screen, the 11 is by all measures a better phone at a fraction of the cost.

Nice camera good display, looks noticeably better than my iphone 8 display, runs apps so much smoother! worth the upgrade $$ for camera alone as we have small children and can better capture those moments. Not a huge fan of face recognition yet as it can't recognize my face in horizontal orientation or with my surgical mask on.

If you're looking for a new iPhone from an old one, I would consider this it has a lot of the the features of what makes the iPhone 11 pro "pro" about it just not the title. It has a great processors, great camera, excellent battery life. Highly recommend for someone who doesn't upgrade often.

This phone replaced my 2ish year old iPhone 8, and I am very happy with it to this point. Same great quality Apple is known for with some fitting new features. Battery life has been great, and I've quickly adapted to using Face ID instead of my thumbprint and to not having a Home button.

Great phone. Great camera. Phone is a little smaller than my iPhone 6 s plus but screen is relatively the same size and more storage than my 6 for the same price I bought the 6 for. Overall so far I like it. Ask me in a year. And we will see if I still feel the same.

This phone was my return to Apple from Android. My transition has been easy and smooth with this phone. I love the dual cameras and the screen is impressive. This phone is quick and responsive and has The Best battery life of any I’ve ever had! Very happy with the iPhone 11!!

Upgrade from my 6S. So much faster. Sharper screen and faster response. Love the edge to edge screen, so much more real estate - it feels like an iPad mini. I bought it outright so no worrying about payment plans or contracts. Great price for such a high quality phone.

Love the IPhone 11!! Awesome camera. Battery life is great. What’s not to love? Only complaint is the face recognition is frustrating when wearing a mask all day. Hoping Apple will find a way to change in an iOS update. Thanks Apple!

I love the new operating system, it’s a lot faster. The camera is a lot better and the battery so far last a lot longer. The speakers seems to be a lot louder and the size is a lot thinner than before.

The 11 is a good upgrade, if you dont want to spend the extra money for the pro you dont have too. Great camera...fast...and good sized I went for better memory then spending 400 more on Pro. They each serve a purpose...both are good But 400 is a big difference
