What a deal this is. Got two for our college kids that where currently using the iPhone 6 Plus. The quality same screen size but much lighter made them very happy. This is a great phone and it’s priced very budget friendly. Plus it’s great they donate proceeds to a great cause.

Nothing is ever a perfect five star. That being said, I actually went from and iPhone 6S plus to the iPhone 11. My iPhone 6s Plus battery and the phone were just starting to slow down so I decided to buy a newer phone. Just like all cell phones they all run great and fast as expected when you first buy them. I do like the wireless charging feature because constantly plugging in and unplugging the phone from the charging port will eventually damage it just like it did on my iPhone 6S plus. The camera is definitely a lot better.

I bought the se and took it back after a week as the battery charge didn't seem to be holding. I exchanged it for this one. So far I am very happy with it. I didn't particularly want a bigger sized phone but it isn't as akward as I thought it would be. And it stays charged all day.

I got this phone because I am a huge purple fan and was excited to finally have a phone in the color. But I got so much more. The camera is amazing. Pictures come out so crisp. I would recommend for that feature alone.

Since I don't know how to go in and perform all my own settings and don't understand even 1/3 of the functions or the terminology, I'm not a great one to give a review. I had to upgrade and was SOLD on the camera part: Wow, do I need Help! Nothing seems intuitive to me at all. I wish there was an actual CLASS I could attend that would be a systematic way to learn how to operate this powerful tool. People who have grown up with all kinds of technology since they were babies would not have this much trouble I'm sure.

I replaced my iPhone 6 with this phone. I'm very pleased with it so far. I'm glad I have 64GB of storage now-- I used to have 16. The only thing I've had to get used to is that this phone is larger in size than than the one I used to have. Other than that, it's been a very smooth transition.

Bought the iPhone 11 for my wife to replace a failing phone. The purple is really nice. The cameras are great. Some of the pictures she takes makes me jealous and I have a Xs Max. And the screen, it is really nice for not being OLED. This is the phone most people should buy.

Whenever you're approved for an upgrade and deciding whether to purchase this phone or the pro? I'd recommend that you purchase this iphone 11 over the pro version. It costs less, it has similar capabilities and I highly doubt the majority of us use the camera feature every single day.

This phone is easy to learn how to use, even for a beginner! Its even easy for seniors (as I'm one of them). the price was just right and I thought it was going to be a lot more. I love the color! If anyone is thinking of getting a new cell phone or just up grading this is the phone to get.

My wife loves the phone. She had the 8plus, and it was a bit bulky for her. This upgrade provided a screen size upgrade in a smaller phone. Great features, and paid $100 less due to the iPhone 12 release. Also got a great trade in value from Best Buy for her phone.

Very very very happy with this purchase. As a previous Samsung user I find this phone to be refreshing and a complete and total upgrade. The camera quality is perfection. Of course learning a new operating system is struggling but very easily adaptable. Very happy I made the switch to iPhone.

As with previous iPhones, this one has been great. There's not a ton of new features aside from the camera. The cameras on these 11 series is amazing. I didn't think you could tell, but you really can. It's almost like having a professional camera in your pocket now.

I love the camera. The picture quality is great especially for taking pics of my kids. Battery lasts WAYYY longer than my 8plus.

I bought this phone for my daughter for Christmas. I have to admit because of the price I thought it was gonna be less quality of the phone but it’s the best phone in the house. It takes amazing pictures in the purple is such a muted gray purple it’s just gorgeous

SO happy with new phones (hubby and I both got the same one). We bought different color cases (mine is glitter and his is black) so it is super easy to tell our phones apart! AND Best Buy gave us some $$ as trade-in on our old phones. Nice to not need to charge battery 3 times a day!

See the above comments. Was so much easier this time switching my Old phone apps etc to new phone. Best Buy sales lady was THE BEST EVER. Even a dinosaur like me was comfortable immediately. The camera and sound are leaps and bounds better than my 6plus. Love love love my lavender color!

I’m enjoying my new phone however the hype about having the two Cameras is not all that, in my opinion. I will say the photo quality and clarity is outstanding. Perhaps if I Got the pro with three cameras I could find more a bigger difference. But overall satisfied with my purchase.

I needed an iPhone upgrade asap and couldn't wait for the 12 to come out. I lean towards using Apple. Not disappointed in the iPhone 11. Still learning all of it's tricks, but so far so good. No complaints yet. Apple is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Everything I would expect from Apple. Glad I went with the 11 instead of the pro. Saved some money and don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything.

This phone has a good amount of storage. Most of the features of the Max and Pro are on this phone at a much lower price!
