This iPhone 11 is fantastic! This is my first Apple phone and I was hesitant to switch over but there was no need. Everything has been extremely simple to set up and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this phone!

good camera and easy to use. i prefer apple over samsungs because they are easier to use.

Love my new Iphone 11. I had to get use to no button on the bottom front of the phone but I have figured it out now. The only thing I don't like is that you have to swipe down from the corner to see that you set your alarm. It used to show on the front screen on my Iphone 6S. But this might be an IOS 13 thing and not the actual phone. Outside of that - I love it. The pictures I take are so much better than the pictures on my Iohone 6S.

Gave my wife this phone for her birthday. It was a bit pricey, but Best Buy beat Verizon and Apple. It’s the first one she’s had without a home button; taking some getting used to. Like the phone—I’m partial to Apple products.

Love the camera. Great pictures and easy to use. The color of the phone was hard to find.

Even though I like my old iPhone 7, weakened battery performance push me to upgrade. I wasn't happy about new phone's size and weight but amazed by it's new wide-angle lens and upgraded camera processing performance. In terms of the battery life? I don't know...I still need to charge it daily base just like my old phone. It was just like the new phone in the beginning and I had to end up with charging it multiple times a day.

Battery life is great, functionality is a little a bit less fluid I feel than my older iphones, speed is better at programs etc. I've owned 3 iphones before this and I usually keep all my phones for 3+ years. So this is the best battery life in a iphone I have seen by far but some of the functions since there is no home button any more are a little less fluid to do with the touch screen I feel. Overall its a good replacement.

My iPhone 10 tanked and I needed a cell phone immediately. Best Buy had an iPhone 11 in stock and was able to download everything in 2 hours. Best Buy saved the day and the iPhone 11 appears to be superior to the iPhone 10.

I love my new iPhone 11! The button broke on my 8 plus and now I don’t have to worry about that with this phone. I like that it’s a smaller phone with the same size screen! I also didn’t realize how slow my old phone was until I upgraded!

Apple products are fabulous products especially for non-tech kind of people. The phone is very user friendly. Major difference is there is no home button so you get use to lifting the phone to come on and swilling to get to other apps.

Purchased the phone for my wife as an upgrade and she loves it. The best part is the upgraded camera. This creates stunning photos in portrait mode and reduces the need for her to carry around a traditional camera.

I Bought the iphone 11 for a family member that broke their phone. I set it up with ease, and compared to my much more expensive 11 pro, I can't really see much of a difference other than it being slightly larger. It works the same way.

Brand new when I recieved it.. they delivered it fast and efficiently for me and it was very easy to switch my information over... the only bad thing was that I didn’t get to keep my number but it really doesn’t bother me.

Daughter saved her own money to get her new phone. Very proud momma :) She loves this phone and is constantly sending me goofy gifs now. This phone seems to have some really neat features and she's very happy with this purchase

I had an iPhone 6s Plus. I was looking for an upgrade solely because of my camera. I am DEFINITELY happy. Are there other phones with better cameras? Maybe, sure? But as an Apple owner I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I like it better than my iPhone 6S. It's bigger. The camera is better and face id is awesome.

My previous phone iPhone 8 Plus had broke and i refused to go phone less. I purchased my iPhone11 on the website and in less than an hour, my order was ready for pickup! I love my new phone and I love how fast the process was!

My 15 year old daughter selected this phone and used her hard earned money to buy it. She is very happy with it! It works great so far. She had an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen, and the phone wouldn't hold a charge.

I'm old! I have an iphone! I love the new camera; portrait mode is my favorite! The motions for use are still intuitive. I'm sure my new iphone does 1000s of things I have't discovered yet. Super fun to use! Now get off my lawn!
