Love it . The only thing I have a problem with is that I am not used to not having a home button , will have to get used to it. Also adjusting to how to snapshot without home button, but other than that like it.

I love the phone its easy to read the screen and I can make it sleep at night. It does take getting used to after having a Samsung for years. I don’t use it for work just everyday use. The camera is great!

After my 6splus died on me....this iPhone 11 is a breath of fresh air! It takes beautiful pictures and videos. Everyday I am learning something new about the capabilities it has. iPhone 11 is highly recommended>

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s. I love the bigger screen and the new IOS 13 update. Best Buy transferred over my apps, contacts, and photos so I didn't lose anything. I bought the Red color and it is gorgeous! I love Apple products!

I had a amazing experience at BestBuy when purchasing my phone and the phone has been absolutely perfect. iPhones have really good speed with added security and I couldn’t be more happy to switch from a android.

Greta camera and build quality..i mean its apple cmon...do i use it myself, no i bought this for my wife...I am a Samsung guy not a peasant for crying out loud. But good job Apple, my wife is happy haha....

I traded my iPhone 6 for the IPhone 11 Pro. It was the best decision I ever made and so easy to use. I love the face recognition and it a larger than my six but not to hard to use or to big to carry

Upgraded from 6 Plus. Wife did not know how well she would like the facial recognition. But she loves it. Really not that much different with the upgrade except the processor, camera, etc. But nothing overwhelming to learn.

It's an iPhone and you can actually make calls on it too, but why bother when it has so many other features. Much faster than my old iPhone 6. Really like the full screen and facial recognition.

I bought this for my wife as a replacement for an older model. It's what you'd expect from an Apple iPhone, including the price. It's expensive but it's feature rich and has a better camera than the previous models. Not sure what else to say about it. They've been around for a while and have some better features as they go. I am not looking forward to what the next one might cost tho.

The camera is amazing. It is wide angle and the selfies look like someone else took them. Also the night lighting effect is phenomenal. Definitely worth the upgrade and the price was great sale

I wasn’t planning to get a new phone, but when the Best Buy salesman told me I could get one AND SAVE MONEY, I jumped on board! I haven’t found much difference yet, as I already had the XR. The camera is amazing though!!

I did not think the face recognition would be a big deal, but you pick the phone up and it is unlocked. Everything works faster, downloads better. And the wireless charging is very nice. Definitely worth the upgrade.

The new IPhone 11 is everything I need and more in a product. The running system is incredible as are the new camera features. Also the pictures them self come out so clean and crisp they look professional.

The phone is amazing. I am older and found it too me very easy to understand. It exceeded my expectations. I purchased a military grade case and real glass cover and have dropped it 2x and it didn't break.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8plus. Battery lasts all day with normal use. We also have the 11 pro Max. Not a noticeable difference in the camera. Overall a great device.

Love my I phone 11. I have always had an I phone so I can’t compare it to other brands. But I am a very satisfied customer. I had it delivered to Best Buy and they helped me set it all up.

Best Choice! I switched from Android to Apple with the iPhone 11 and I love it! Easy to use and Apple technology is great! So many features and options are available on this phone! Best Buy for me!

I purchased this for my wife on release to upgrade from her 8 Plus. The camera improvements are great, especially night sight. Beyond that though, it's an iPhone. Same OS you get everywhere else, same functionality. I don't think the extra camera on the Pro is worth the significantly higher cost for most people, and this device is just fine for every day use.

This phone is for my teenager. What can I say, its an iPhone so its easy to use but expensive. The camera and feature set is is nice, not quite as nice as the Pro but the price point for the 11 Pro was significantly more and the bang for buck for my teenager just wasn't there. Put it in a tough case and screen protector on it so it will last several years. AppleCare doesn't hurt either.
