This phone is for my teenager. What can I say, its an iPhone so its easy to use but expensive. The camera and feature set is is nice, not quite as nice as the Pro but the price point for the 11 Pro was significantly more and the bang for buck for my teenager just wasn't there. Put it in a tough case and screen protector on it so it will last several years. AppleCare doesn't hurt either.

Really like the new 11, a little bigger than I like to carry around but was less $ than older smaller models, so.... I guess that’s what I bought. Works great and like some of the new features as well.

I had to buy this as a replacement for an older phone that was damaged. I am now pleased I did. The camera is amazing! I especially love the low light feature for taking pictures at night.

I’ve been an iPhone user for almost two years now I sent form an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 11. Omg I love it love it. I’m so happy about the side button instead of the front button. The camera takes quality pictures.

Replacement phone for Previous Apple iPhone 8. At first hard to get used to know home button. A little bit different function than older model. Love the camera. Takes perfect pictures.

I have had an iPhone since the 4 and usually skip on model. went with the 11 because of the newer chip. it is bigger than my 8 which is bad for my pocket. Got the 128GB because it was only $50 more the the 64GB.

I ordered my iPhone 11 on Monday night and it was ready to be picked up by noon on Tuesday. Curbside pick up is made very easy and it is extremely efficient. The Best Buy employee was super friendly and Helpful. The phone is amazing. I had a 7 plus and my battery was constantly dying so I decided to upgrade to the 11 and I am extremely happy with my decision. Super slick and easy to use. The camera is amazing and new features are great. I love the purple color I chose. Just ordered a case and screen protector and will be doing curbside pick up again. Overall 10/10.

like the camera, many options for the pics. still getting used to the phone. it's different than the android I have been using for about 8 years. my son and grand sons have been helping as they have I phones.

I love the phone it is a great upgrade from my iphone6. Very easy to transfer all of my stuff from my old phone to my new phone took like ten minutes to transfer everything even all of my pics.

This is absolutely the best iPhone I have ever owned. Can’t find one thing to complain about. All positive feedback here. Great purchase!

Considering a yet limited availability of 5G network in the region, iPhone 12 is over specs for now and the iPhone 11 was the best cost performer to me. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great phone. Bought it for my 88 year old mother. She caught on fine to the different features. The only disappointment was that there few colors left in the size she wanted

I am very happy with the purchase of the Apple I Phone 11. It is a great improvement from the Motorola Droid Turbo that I was using. It has many new features and has proven itself to be a great purchase.

I’m sure this is a great phone but I cancelled it the very next day when I discovered the 128gb was only $50 more. I could easily have stayed with the 64gb since I only used 32gb of my 128gb iPhone 7. It’s just that I got used to the security of having plenty of space. I ordered the red (instead of the purple that I really like) because 100% goes to fighting Aids. I will always choose a product that supports a charity.

This phone is actually for my wife, replacing her iPhone 7 that died after 3 years. It’s a little larger than the 7 which is fine. But to transfer to the 11 she needed to update to the latest iOS. Let’s just say we are not early adopters. She IS very tech savvy so in short order she was all set. Now she loves it. Typical Apple quality. No issues so far.

My new Apple iPhone 11 is a significant upgrade from my older iPhone, which was stolen. The larger screen is adequate for watching movies and checking the news, etc. Very happy with the new phone,

The single best thing about upgrading to this phone from my 7 was that the battery lasted all day. Definitely other nice features as well, but that’s the real hidden game changer.

The previous phone could not longer be updated and stopped working at the worst moments. My wife liked the red color and the size of the new phone. She is happy with the new product.
