Battery lasts longer and better camera than the last phone

I’m usually the type to splurge on a Pro model, but not for this price difference. Love the base model, but make sure you get the 128 gb model if you want to play any games or save any videos.

I went from an iPhone 6s to an 11. Love my new phone. I shopped around for the best deal and Best Buy was it. I did not have to turn my old phone in unless I wanted more money off the price.

My purchase experience at Best Buy was great. The phone was in stock and ready for me to pick up. I find the features on this model more convent for me than my previous phone.

I bought a new iPhone 11 and everything transferred from my old phone at no extra cost. I got there early and would advise doing that as there was a line for the two people handling the iPhones.

I wanted to wait to upgrade my phone until the camera was worth it, and this one definitely was worth the wait. The zoom capabilities, low-light options, etc. are all terrific.

I love my new iPhone. Never change from Apple! The color is great and the size is perfect. Best Buy did a great job of setting it up and transferring the information from my old iPhone.

I bought this to replace my iPhone 7, it has a great camera and color selection. So far the phone is working great and the people at Best Buy set everything up for me.

Typical I phone, great camera. Much improved battery life.

Would never consider anything else. I have had several other brands over the years, but nothing beats Apple. This is my 5th and I will continue to upgrade when possible.

I upgraded to the iPhone 11 and it was a great deal at Best Buy. The price was good and I got a bonus trade-in offer. The new phone is lighter and has a fantastic camera.

Got it for my wife for Christmas and she loves it the camera takes good pictures and apple connects to the car, it will show the maps on screen so it’s like having navigation built in

I needed an upgrade and this was a great purchase. The extra screen room comes in handy. A few minor adjustments, but is easy after experimenting with the phones features.

It’s not dramatically different than previous models. Better camera for sure. That being said, Apple makes great phones and if it’s time for an upgrade, this is a great choice.

Verizon service plan dropped to $24.99/month so I was able to snag this for my daughter and she loves this phone. She was able to adapt easily without the 'Home' button.

I was cautioned before buying it about it not having a "home" button. It took me all of two minutes to get used to using the phone without one. I like everything about this phone.
