I’m happy with my purchases. Karem was very helpful, as I haven’t gotten a new phone in about three years. I didn’t know what I was missing. This phone is so nice! I needed help choosing a case and screen protector, as well. All of the suggestions/choices he made were great. Then after putting the screen protector on, it developed a bubble. The Geek Squad manager, Adam, at the Rancho Cucamonga store went above and beyond to get it replaced for me. His extension of customer service offered to me was extremely kind!! I am so thankful for all he did to help me! He truly knows the meaning of “customer service”.

Had to upgrade my iPhone 7, and this was the best fit. Got it on a good deal with the Verizon network. Help for staff on site. Great phone specs and camera.

Bought this after using the 8. I love this phone! It is a smaller design so it fits perfectly in my pockets even after my cover. Photos are sharper and more editing features.

So far I am enjoying my new phone. It is easy to use and not many changes from my last one as far as how to use. I like the login of your face so no one else can open it.

I got the iPhone 11 in white and I love it . It has great features like the face lock so you don’t have to worry about anything! Also it’s cameras are super good quality!

Got it on sale for an incredible price. iPhone 11 is great, but is lacking 5G. Purchased the phone for my Mom who doesn't really require 5G so its perfect!

Perfect phone for my dad. I upgraded him from the 5se and he is now in love with his phone. He loves the Face ID so he doesn’t need to remember all the passwords.

My daughter really likes this phone. She found it very easy to transition to the new operating system. The battery life is also excellent.

Everything transferred to my new phone easily. Things are a bit different, however, a quantum leap ahead of my old phone...still learning all the new features.

The phone provides necessary improvements over the functions of the 6SPlus. The stronger camera and increased memory capacity alone make it a worth while purchase.

Glad I got an upgrade at the time. hold many more photos. But color doesnt show once I put a case on it

I upgraded from the 6 and this has been a huge upgrade so far. Definitely very pleased. Did not feel the need to buy the pro and am very satisfied with this phone for $300 cheaper.

this is the best iPhone I have ever owned the cameras are incredible the screen resolution is fantastic the optical scanner makes the phone a breeze to use bought two of these

Upgraded from a 7plus and this is a better phone. So glad that home key button is gone. I’m still learning all the features of this phone, but so far I love it.

I'm very happy with my new I-Phone 11. Wish I had bought it earlier due to the expanded memory, ease of holding it in my hand, expanded settings, and much more.

the i phone 11 is great. Made a big leap, went from a little old i phone to the 11 what a difference. So much more than my little one. It's great.

Different getting to the home screen but am used to it now. Love the size had a 6s plus before so this is a nice alternative a little pricier too.

Brought this for my daughter as and upgrade for her older I phone, She seems to like the new features and the increased storage for all of her pictures and music.

I always love iPhone and of course this phone doesn’t disappoint with the bigger screen and the new camera features it’s great. Plus the color choices have gotten better.
