We upgraded from our iPhone 6's to the 11's and love them. Several features to learn but the phones have been amazing. Especially the pictures.

This phone is packed with many options and a great camera. For the price you are definitely going to be satisfied with everything you can do with this phone.

Great phone much faster than my iPhone 7. Best Buy was excellent to work with. I am telling everyone that if they are going to buy a phone go to Best Buy.

Bought this iPhone 11 and was amazed at the use of use...from the automatic setup to the ease of moving from a 6 to the 11. Try it, you won't regret it!

Apple iPhone 11 was a good purchase especially upgrading from a lower level iPhone. Cameras provide sharp, crisp pictures and operating system is fast.

Overall, I'm happy with the iPhone 11. I have some reservations about the ios 13 OS though but these may not be important to others. The WiFi hotspot lacks a MAC address filter that I was accustomed to on Android. There is also no clipboard history like on Android OS. There are also some apps I use in Android that are not on ios, mainly having to do with things like environmental air quality and a Climate Site run by climate scientists that is not in ios appstore. On the plus side it's not Android, owned by Google, and that is a major plus for me.

This is our first new phone since the iPhone 6. The camera is so much better. Overall it doesn't boast a ton of new features but it will do for now.

I am enjoying my new iPhone 11. It was an upgrade from the iPhone 6s+ so very big difference. I’m very happy and I’m in love with the camera.

Love the quality of the phone. Photos are great. The service I received at Best Buy was excellent. Very professional and pleasant.

Apple doesnt do very big discounts on black friday and they didnt again but overall the price was good on what is a significant upgrade from past models

My son loves his new iPhone 11 red. It is nice and light and has a great camera. We bought it on sale, and was definitely worth the wait!

This is our daughters first new cell phone. She’s had only hand me downs but finally we decided to get her a new phone. The camera and features are nice.

My wife had the 7 and i had a 6s so the upgrade to the 11's was quite an eye opening event! Still figuring out the new features but we love the phones.

Got this for my wife and she loves it; particularly the clarity of the display and the battery life. Also like the wide range of available apps.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 to the 11, great decision. Phone is excellent, camera quality is top tier, and the color red is a great conversation starter.
