The data transfer from my iPhone 6S was seemless, something that wasn’t true for my other upgrades. The extra data space allows for more apps on my phone.

Fortunate enough to be working from home, but since my old iPhone was my only means of phone-work, when it began to have age related issues I knew I had to upgrade. Not one to try to keep with the latest and greatest all the time, I had questions about what my best options were. Chatted online with rep who sold me on the benefits of this particular model, and happy I listened. Phones are expensive and I didn't want to err from lack of information. Thanks Best Buy for the great assist! The phone practically set itself up, one call to Apple and done!

I had iPhone 8 I wanted a little bigger screen and a little better service as in more bars on the antenna. I got the bigger screen but no better service. It turns out that for better service I need to up grade my plan. I will probably do that when I take my next trip.

Great phone. Takes amazing photos. If you want a nice phone but don’t want to drop $2k on the 11 pro max I would definitely get the 11

Iphone makes great products. This version is so much faster than the iphone 6s plus it replaces. I am not a fan of the notch as it covers part of the screen. Finally, the camera lens is kind of exposed and seems that it can be damaged accidentally. Get a lens cover for it.

It’s Apple so it dominates the cell industry. I’m able to upload my consciousness into this phones hard drive for storing in the digital space.

Had some issues when I first went to pick it up due to the trade-in. Once it was resolved, things went perfectly. The Best Buy employee we had was SO nice and helpful and made things move along quickly. I won't lie when I say I was apprehensive about going to best buy again for phones due to previous experience but this guy was great! Made my shopping experience great and my son says the phone is fantastic (this is an exact replacement as my son dropped the other one off the pier and into the water).

This is my third iphone, as usual easy to use. I am 76 and not to use to high tech. But love this phone for my use. Nice color also. Like the red.

The camera feature is excellent, and the quality of reception and connectivity is very good. very easy to use features.

it does what it is designed to do. it makes clear calls and takes good pictures it isnt that great of a value but it is what was desired

The only down fall I have found is that it doesn’t have the finger print scanner like the older ones.. love the camera and everything else about it..

This phone has great camera quality, I love the color, and it’s just great overall. I haven’t found anything I don’t like about this phone.

Bought to replace daughters iPhone 7 . She really likes how fast it is . The Iphone and a Watch for classes right now really helps .

As expected, easy to use and navigate. Good screen quality and camera is amazing. Sales associate was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

The speed is noticeable compared to my iPhone X. I also noticed it feels lighter. The camera features are better than what was on the X.

It had been a while since I upgraded phones. Love the larger screen and glad I finally made the purchase. Wish I had done it sooner.

Love the phone so far. I'm coming from a 6s, so facial recognition and extended battery life are a big improvement. Very happy so far.
