    Iphone 11 is great. Some new features take a minute to get used to, but it's easy to figure out how to maneuver the new iphone.

    Daughter old iPhone broke down, needed new phone urgently. Even though Best Buy store off Madonna dr in SLO was closed due to covid-19, we were able to speak w store rep Elias and his mgr and got the phone my daughter needed. Even though it was activated under wrong number( probably my fault), daughter came back and mgr did everything he could to help. Eventually with everybody help we resolved the issues. Thank you for being there and for the efforts. We appreciate it very much.

    I have always been an IPhone fan, but the new IPhone 11 is really a nice phone. Many improvements and upgraded battery life.

    As well as one comes to expect with a new iPhone upgrade. Longer battery life and still getting used to the new set ups.
