Not only did she help us with phone selection but also with our carrier and overall review of our phone cost per month. She helped us to save an entire Social Security check over the course of a year. That is BIG! Very similar to my previous phone and is therefore easily adapted to. The main difficulty I have had is that the print is smaller and I will need to figure out if that can be adjusted.
