Coming from iPhone 7 Plus (128gbs) the upgrade was definitely big change. I opted for extra storage for additional $$$. I still can't believe Apple refuse to make 128 or 256 as a standard size for $700-$1000 device. +Color +Camera +Size One negative is the LCD display but I knew that before making my purchase.

I went from an iPhone 6s Plus to the iPhone 11. I love the new phone and particularly the face recognition to unlock, large screen, and awesome camera. I believe the iPhone 11 has all the features and capabilities a “normal” user would need in an iPhone at a better price than the more advanced iPhone 11 models.

Great phone. My husband had the iPhone 7+ and it finally quit charging. He loves the quality of the camera and how much faster it is. The only downside is it does not come with charging block or headphones. As much as this phone cost, it should have came with more.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6, and the upgrade process was amazingly easy. It's prompts you through it, and everything gets moved right over. The Phone has a larger screen and a great camera. Great phone for the money. (Even though when 5G comes widespread, this phone will not be able to take advantage of it.)

You get more bang for your buck with this iPhone than any other model. It is easy to use and the battery holds a charge for a couple of days. The new swiping that replaced the home button is actually easier, and I love the face recognition

I haven’t had my iPhone 11 very long, but I love it already! So far, my favorite features have been how easy Face ID has made it to unlock my phone and download apps. I also really like the dual-lens camera and, of course, using portrait mode! I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone!

Very good performance, allowing it to operate smoothly. Impressive camera, lots of fun. Larger phone than my old one but I’m getting use to it quickly. The SIM card failed within 3 weeks - Best Buy replaced it free of charge but it was a hassle and time consuming nevertheless.

My wife upgraded to the iPhone11 from the iPhone8 and the screen and camera great improvements. It took a little time to get used to no home button, and the charging port change but overall the phone is easy to use and it's perfect if you have other apple products or like to take pictures.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s so compared to that this phone is awesome. The picture quality is so crisp. I thought I would have a hard time without the home button but I adjusted pretty quickly. All in all, I love this phone. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the screen resolution and size. The camera is a great improvement over the 7 plus I replaced. Excellent battery life.

It is a great phone, I had the 8 plus for 2 years. This phone was a big change prior to having a home button, but I got used to within a day! I don’t think I could go back to another iPhone with a home button. Great phone, would totally recommend it! It is the perfect size.

My phone was incredibly outdated so I finally decided to upgrade. This phone is great. It is super sleek and easy to use. Its a good size and the battery on it is so much better then my old Iphone 6s. I am still getting used to using it but im really really happy with it so far.

Nice new iPhone. Now u get to Personalize your phone with different colors and accessories. The camera is very nice makes you wanna always take selfie’s and other photos. The battery has great life to it compared to my older iPhone. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I'm always a few models behind on my upgrades, so I went from an iPhone 8+ to the new iPhone 11, which is somewhat smaller in screensize than my plus, but larger than the standard 8, so a happy medium. I was missing the traditional home button for a while, but I'm starting to get acclimated to more tapping and swiping. So far, the camera quality, call quality and features are all on par with what I've come to expect from an iPhone.

iPhone 11 has an amazing battery life and a very quick processor. I upgraded from an iPhone 7 and it is all it is light years better than the one I had prior. I will be keeping this for a couple years and definitely staying with iPhone

The camera is wonderful, intuitive and easy setup. It’s a bit heavy for me but, I’ll get used to it.

Just got my Iphone 11, so hard to give a review. It is a little bigger than the IPhone X I had but just need to get use to it. However nice picture quality and easy to see as the screen is bigger. Glad I made this upgrade

I've always eyed red version iPhones but I never really liked any of them and XR, while looking the color I wanted, was not the specs I wanted. But with this 11, I was finally able to let go of my iPhone X and move on. The display compared to iPhone X is different, and maybe it's inferior to some people, but to me it doesn't seem inferior as I can do everything I normally do on the phone okay. If you need color accurate phone to do photo or video editing, then it's not the phone you need, but then again, if you need to do it that badly you probably have a tablet or laptop for that. Also, the battery life has been amazing. I sometimes forget to charge my phone overnight and with the 11, that is ok. If you're looking to try iPhone or upgrade from an older iPhone and want a great value, this is it, especially with deals Best Buy has on this frequently.

This is the best device yet. My battery life has been better than any prior device. On top of that, the photos are amazingly crisp. I hope this is the last update for a while as it's getting pretty expensive to keep up with the rising cost of the device.
