Upgraded from the 7plus and I can’t say enough how happy I am that I upgraded to the 11. Crisp clear photos and video. Slow mo is amazing. Supper fast and responsive. Face ID is wonderful. I thought I wouldn’t like The fact there isn’t home button but I love it. Smaller phone with a larger screen makes handing easy and convenient. If you haven’t upgraded yet. Why are you waiting.

Easy to use and easy transition from a much older iPhone. Excellent quality photos. Having trouble with side on/off button, since it is easily pressed when pulling phone out of pocket, purse, etc.

The new iPhone 11 is a major upgrade from previous versions. Battery life is amazing - since I have had it I have never had to do a mid-day charge and still always have at least 50% battery power left at the end of the day. It took a little while to get used to iOS 13 and to not having a home button, but the speed and trouble-free usage of this new iPhone 11 makes it a solid product.

Upgraded from a 6plus with 16g to new 11 128g, love the camera and storage

I was devastated when I broke my iPhone 8 and had to pick between the 10 and 11. I went with the 11 and I am very pleased with it. The camera quality is excellent and the phone itself takes some time to get use to but it’s quite simple after a couple days. I am very happy I went with the 11 Ofer the 10 since they are so close in price I believe it’s well worth it

Purchased as a replacement for an older iPhone. The Best Buy Staff were professional, transferred existing data from the old phone, fully explained the features, and installed purchased protective glass. Highly recommend this model with 128GB instead of the 64GB as it provides double the storage for a minimal cost. The camera system is awesome, even if it is not the Pro...!!!

I have to say that i was a android man and was not found of I phones, ever since i heard of them getting sued for there phones. Which was something I didn’t want to be in the middle of. I felt like a customer that Purchase one of the phones will be caught paying a price later on. Its just my opinion for any one trying to use what Im saying down the line and it just might of been a excuse I made up not to spend that kind of money on a phone. I have changed my mind on the whole I phone view and I’m glad I purchased one but whats even better that I got it from best buy. I always seen and experience best buy to stand behind their product they sell or promote. So I believe in best buy and know that no matter who made the product they still make it right with you to the best of their knowledge. I mean they are great and helpful especially during the holidays. I purchased a playstation from during Christmas and I thought that since it was a lot of people that I would have to assist my self but that was not the case. Also any time they had to look up something on my account, they where their like if I didn’t have to explain my self to be understood on what I wanted. Thank you Best Buy for your employs and for make my experience with my son some of the best. I guess thats why y'all are called best buy.

I’m a long time iPhone user and I was ready for another upgrade. I’ve already upgraded phones with Best Buy before and I’ve always had a great experience with the service. For this latest upgrade, both the customer service and the iPhone itself was the best! So far I have no complaints about the iPhone. The price was within my budget and the phone is easy to use.
