    I was trying to get my wife to convert from her droid platform phone for a long time and finally got her to switch to the apple iphone 11. She had no issues learning the new interface and had it mastered within the first week of using it. Apple did a great job as they always do with their phone style and the camera is unreal!

    It's an iphone and it works as it should. Solid build and great cameras. For 90% of the people out there this is the one to get for 700 bucks. No need to drop a grand on the pro version for an amoled screen and extra seldom used camera. Remember folks, this is a phone first and foremost and the base iphone 11 delivers all you'll need.

    You can get wrong with an apple product, and this one I. Not an exception. It replaced an I phone 8 I had for long time, considered the new 12 version but didn’t see the added value for the significant price difference. So far works perfectly and the battery last all day with constant use.

    Just purchased high end Apple 27' computer. Got help from service tech and researched what options I (we) needed. Rep on line was extremely helpful and went over purchase a couple times in review. This is why I bought from Best Buy. Should be getting another after the first of the year for my wife.

    This is the 8th iPhone I’ve bought and each one gets better. Yes, Androids are more flexible but the iPhone just constantly works right out if the box with zero tweaking... good camera and very responsive touch screen. Just make sure you buy a good case as they break fairly easily if dropped on a hard surface.
