Great, larger phone if you miss the 7 plus like I do. Easy to use/navigate.

You guys associate shantelle did an awesome job helping me get my iPhone 11. She also helped me upload all my information to the phone. She did a very awesome job, and I am very thankful for her.

Been using Samsung Notes for years. When this phone was $400 less than the Note 10 that I wanted, I thought I would give it a try. I'm really enjoying the continuity feature between my MacBook, iPad, and apple watch.

I bought this iphone 11 for my daughter. I haven't owned an iphone before but I must admit that it made me want to buy one for myself. I really like the form factor of the phone. The audio is great also.

The entry level iPhone 11 is great. Beautiful looks, beautiful features. Great price too. Whatever carrier you are through do all your upgrades through Best Buy instead of you carrier. They treat you very good.

When it finally came back in stock I was able to get a gift card with purchase and delivery was super quick. The phone itself is exactly as expected.

Only bought it because my phone died and I was forced into a new phone. Surprisingly cheaper than the older models...not sure why. I primarily use internet, text and talk on my phone. Does what I need it to.

This phone was an upgrade to my daughter's iPhone X. She's been happy with the upgrade thus far. The functionality didn't change from the last generation, so she was able to use it right away.

Great pricing for a new phone even better than what my cell phone provider was offering. They activated it there quickly with no problems, second time I purchased a phone from Best Buy!!

I have always been resistant to switching to iPhone because I didn’t really care for iOS but now that I am used to it, I like it. It seems like most apps are optimized for iOS and work much better on it.

Good phone for the price would still prefer a samsung though.

1st time using a Apple phone. After playing with it, I must say it's a good phone. The speakers are far some of the best ones that I have heard. Still playing with it but it's not my daily phone.
