Husbands new phone and he likes this phone. He is now a apple fan and we’re glad to have found a phone case as well. Looking to do a upgrade myself

GOT THIS PHONE FOR MY HUBBY WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ANY TYPE OF SMART PHONES. Even though he owns an apple tablet both are good products he's still learning.

I’d like not to pay for extra storage with iCloud, since I have never paid anything with Samsung for extra features or storage, but it’s a good phone overall

In my honest opinion this is a fantastic phone!!! I’m very satisfied with this purchase... you should definitely buy it if you’re thinking about it!!!

Really nice phone. Thought I wouldn’t like it as much as older models since there’s no home button and I don’t much fancy change but I adjusted to it quickly

No need for fancy upgrades. This is a totally all in one phone.only issue is speaker seem to be failing after a good few months of use.

I have gone back and forth between iPhones and Samsung. This is by far, the most intuitive device on the market. The only one I like better is the 11 plus max.

Traded in the 8 for this one. Best Buy bet Sprint price and the insurance was actually cheaper than Sprint. Will definitely do all my upgrades at Best Buy.

Bought the wife this iPhone 11. Felt the Plus was way over priced and didn't need the higher end features. So this is a great upgrade from the iPhone 7.
