I only change because my iPhone 6 was having problems with the new updated sites. But on service its still much better than the new iPhone 11. The only good thing until now is the photos. Need more convincing.

I bought this phone for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it! It has great camera features and it comes in many different colors.

This iPhone is awesome! Great display and camera features. More than I’ve had in a phone in years! Never going back to Android again!

Not much different from the xr but I upgraded to get more storage space. Works fine and I’ll probably keep it for a while.

Just a replacement for my wife’s lilac iPhone 11 she got six months ago. Black is not a color she would ever pick, nor red which was available. Staff does an extraordinary job getting her set up on her watch and phone as her tech skills are lacking.

Happy with the phone purchase. No more issues with eye battery dying all the time like I was having on my 7+ phone.

She likes her i-phone and I am an android man. She loves it though and you know what they say, happy wife happy life!

Hesitated in purchasing this one because of the 32g memory. After realizing I had the cloud services there were no worries.

I like this phone very much. It probably can do a million things of which I am not aware, but happy with the usage I have.

Still learning the iPhone. However, I have noticed you can’t use data while utilizing YouTube like you can on an android. Also, you can’t program a text like on the android. iPhone 11 doesn’t dial a number If you hover or click on it like the android.

The red really pops and shows on this phone. Super cute color. Wish the other colors were brighter or darker and not as pastel colored.

I would not recommend getting your phone at Best Buy, the store associate didn’t even completely set up my new device. I actually had to ask him to put the SIM card inside the new phone. I don’t know what the deal was but I believe the phone might have already been used, or someone has access to my sprint account. After setting up my phone, I message was already signed out. I really wish I could have a normal working cell phone again, it’s been 2 years of phone bills doubling, never getting any issues resolved. Not having internet unless the phone is connected to WiFi. I haven’t had any positive experiences in a while regardingmy cell phones or my current cell phone provider.

I’m very pleased with my purchase and the young lady that helped me before I made the big purchase. Awesome customer service!

Grest phone had not other phone like it i would definitly recomend it to my friends and family

I was replacing an older iPhone and am very pleased with the new features. I would still prefer to have an aux port though.

So far so good, but having problems with the ringer volume. Also, with Sprint, my new carrier, I’m getting no more than 2 bars ever. Not sure if that’s a phone issue or carrier issue, but it’s obviously relevant to the quality of my experience with this phone.

This was purchased as an upgrade for my IPhone 6S and was well worth the money. There are many upgrades - great phone. No complaints.

they had an old phone and for them to upgrade to this one they enjoy it and with more memory for what they use it for
