this phone is great and works well, as expected, but the service with the new provider isnt as good. text messages take longer to send and at times, I have no internet, which is new for me. The phone bill is the same :-/

For the price you can’t beat it! Best Buy bought my old phone plus an instant savings. Which I used for my down payment for the phone. I needed the upgrade and the 11 is a perfect phone for someone like me who doesn’t need TOO much fancy like the pro.
