    I purchased an iPhone 11(sprint) and picked it up in the parking lot (the virus prevented me from actually working with a person with I thought would be fine. I was sold a phone that didn't have a sim card and no where on the purchase did it tell me to purchase one with a sim card. I used my google pixel sim card (which fit) and it locked my phone. 35 hours - no exaggatioin - on being on chat holds with sprit, apple, best buy and tmobile and no one could help me. google was great but i was changing phones so they really couldn't solve the problem. since sprint stores are closed i could not go in and get help. i returned the new phone after 10 days and will wait until the stores open again so i dont' have any problems in the future.

    Average because I was told I’d get a SIM card and tool in phone box and was told how to insert it. Came with tool-no SIM card. I called and the phone just rang and rang. I had to buy one from Sprint. Otherwise okay-guy that sold it to me was super nice.
