    Not much to complain about. Been an iOS user for 5 years at least. Coming from a 6s to this beast. It definitely has the hardware to leave me comfortable to hold on for a few years.

    MovetoIos app did not transfer all my data over like it said it would. Hard time moving my data over and still haven't gotten all my data back. However, the switch was good and I like it.

    I bought the iPhone 11 for my daughter to replace an iPhone 8. The phone works just like you would expect a iPhone too work. Best Buy is my go to for all my phone up grades, super fast and simple.

    the Best Buy store( Eden Prairie) sets the standard for customer service in the Metro Minneapolis area. I live closer to a BB but always go to the Eden Prairie store for my needs.

    Upgraded from an iPhone 6. This is light years ahead and intuitive. The color is nice and stands out in a positive way. After setting it up to your liking you will enjoy it.

    The service at Best Buy for upgrades is fast and professional. Love the new iPhone as well. Never liked parting with the iPhone 7 so am really pleased with this one as it feels as robust.
