I was so overdo to upgrade my iPhone. I finally ordered the 11 pro iPhone & picked it up & had it set up at BB. Everything seemed to upload fine. CONS: Then I got home & my FB Account was disabled & I have to go through the hassle of “proving I am who I am. And the phone freezes. If I am texting or emailing & I want to capitalize a word it freezes or does not open something. It’s frustrating as hell. PROS: Love the face recognition. Love the photo quality. Have not had time to go through all the new tips yet. All in all it’s not a great upgrade from my old 6 iPhone! I guess I have to go back to BB for them to fix it or get another iPhone.

Great phone , easy to use and wonderful camera. Love it.

Have to use gps all day for work, listen to bluetooth headphones regularly, and constantly am on dating apps that really did a number on the battery life of my previous iPhone 7. Easily lasts a full day. Don’t have a case and have dropped it a few times on hard floors with no scratches or marks yet . Very durable .

What can I say that people don’t already know about the iphone. It’s the phone that is almost perfect but nothing is ever perfect am I right? I live the night pictures this phone can take. After trying it for myself it has blown me out fo the water. You will love this feature among all the new features As well.

The charging port is wonky on my old (7) phone so I was somewhat forced into getting a new one. I went with the 11 Pro because of storage capacity...that's all. It's a definite upgrade from my 7 but it's pretty much all the same. Worth the big bucks? Not really. No phone is however...means to an end I guess. The face recognition feature wasn't working for a couple days and then all of a sudden it was. I'm expecting this will be a running issue. It's nice to have a phone that charges quickly and keeps the charge for over a day (even longer) depending on its use.

I just upgraded from a 6s to this, so I very much like the 11 Pro. I enjoy using the cameras, and I plan to continue learning more about how to use them well. The set-up process was so easy - Apple has blown me away with how streamlined they’ve made that process. The phone’s speakers way outdo my 6s haha.

This was an upgrade from my iPhone 6s. So already knew what to expect with the quality of the phone. Just need time to learn some new functions. Again I am happy with my Apple phone. Only wish we could switch out the sim card during international travel, then I would retire my Samsung.

I had an iPhone 7 for 4 years and I would’ve kept on using it as I am skeptical to upgrade, except that the battery quality is not as good anymore. This iPhone 11 Pro is just sweet, with way better camera, Face ID is instant, all other features are easy and fun to use. I am happy with the transition.

Had to go to the UAE for work (videography/photography) used this camera more then the DSLRs we also brought, from the portability factor to the waterproof element - it’s the best camera (that also happens to be a phone) you can get.

This phone is a huge upgrade from the X. I didn't need the extra space but decided if they offered it why not. The pictures are amazing compared to the X. I have taken a picture of the exact same thing with both this phone and my old X and it was a substantially better picture with this device.

going from iPhone 6s to this iPhone was a major change, lots of new features. the camera is insanely better, worth the extra money to get the pro.

...to spend stupid money on a product that relies on the consumer to perfect. The cameras are a nice upgrade...otherwise, more storage, more money

I love my phone! It has a great camera. The screen seems like it isn't as strong as older models, I have some light scratches I have never experienced before, but overall a good phone. I love the wireless charging on this model!

I've been an iPhone user since the first iPhone came out and I've owned most of them. I have to say this iPhone 11 Pro has been my favorite since the first day. Love it, specially I got the buy one get $700 credit for the 2nd one from AT&T. Only wish AT&T let you keep same number.

So far, the newest and best feature of the 11 pro is the camera- absolutely amazing photos! Low light- no problem!!!!!!! Got the 11 pro as it was the same size as my 10. Most other functionalities seem the same or very similar, haven’t played to much yet, but so far love it!
