I transitioned from an iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11 Pro. The transition was seamless! Much easier than I expected. I’m still working on learning how to use the many features of the three cameras, but I’m progressing quickly. The battery life is above what I expected. I do an extreme amount of my work on my phone. And the battery hangs in. Great purchase! Well worth it!

It’s an iPhone. Not much has changed there for there average user. I had to upgrade because my iPhone X wasn’t acting right with my new employer’s apps. What I’m impressed with the most is the night camera. They’re so clear. Took a picture of stars at midnight and I could see the stars. The camera in general is just great.

I upgraded from the iPhone 7. I thought I’d miss the home button but I’ve gotten over that like everything else in life it’s just takes time!. The battery time is good actually it’s great. Now I have 5G I don’t have to tap on something go poop and then come back and hopefully it’s loaded by then.

Literally the phone has no flaws! I can’t really say anything bad about it! If you’re thinking about it just get it! No regrets!

Like the phone. The dark mode is great. Very disappointed in the camera. After hearing so much about the terrific 3 cameras. Went to a concert the other day and the Mrs has an Iphone 8 and our pics looked the same - all blown out with the stage spot lights. Tried Googling info about taking pics at a concert and all the reviews are about how great dark mode is. No where on is there info on settings for a concert. Disappointed in that. Attaching a pic

I can’t get the find iPhone to upload all the time like the iPhone 8 did

I went from an iPhone5 to a MotoG7 unlocked (I have ATT service) to try and save some money and what a mistake. After a couple weeks of texts and calls that wouldn't go through, along with countless hours with ATT & Moto customer service, I had enough & at the boiling point. Moto was useless, ATT had no clue. I wasn't asking for a miracle, instead just to be able to get or send a text or put a phone call through. Best Buy did care however & really tried to help along the way. The Enfield Ct reps were dynamite, Aisha, hands down some of the best customer service I ever experienced in any retail setting. Kenny confidently stepped up & dealt with me when my mood was at its breaking point- He was patient & willing to spend as much time as needed to resolve the issues. He walked me through different phones, technology & plans, ect so well, I knew exactly what I was going to do next & ended up returning the Moto G7 and got into a surprisingly affordable monthly payment on this 11 pro with 64 gb. w/ ATT. ( a phone ATT does endorse as well) The phone is fantastic, fast as lightning, easy to navigate through, great battery and IT WORKS in every single facet of where the Moto wouldn't. Texts and calls zing right out as they should. The camera is great, the portrait mode has really nice results with a slightly blurred background. Smart HDR is a nice feature to automatically bring out light within shadows. A crisp screen, fast opening, loading and closing of web-pages. The phone also has a measuring app and although I thought it weird at first, it actually saved me from having to go back out to the care because I forgot a measuring tape when at my local store questioning if something will or wont fit. I bought the matte gold with a clear protective case, nice looking & stylish. I LOVE IT !!!!!!! I will never leave the Apple iphone again. Thanks Kenny, you saved my sanity!

The new 11 Pro has so many new features! The cameras are worth it! The new IOS updates make the features and apps so much simpler to use. The phone is one of the heaviest iPhones yet, but I like that. The battery does last a long time, but not if you are shooting a lot of videos. Also, the cameras even with a case doesn’t seem well enough protected Pros: cameras, ease of use Cons: price, design of cameras

This phone is fast and awesome! I am very impressed with the camera and like some of the additional new features. The screen size is perfect and the battery life is excellent. My old phone would need charging mid-day, I use the phone all day for work and it doesn't require charging until late in the day!

I was a little skeptical about getting the iPhone 11 Pro at first but glad I did. It is faster than my old iPhone 8, a little bigger and easy to learn to use. The features are great and the cameras are awesome. Love it.

I have been iPhone user for a long time and this upgrade was a good one. Not only is the camera much better than my previous phone (iPhone X), also the battery is much better and lasts whole day. While on iPhone X I had hit 10% around 7 or 8 pm with this phone I get another 2-3 hours before my phone starts warning me about low battery. Great upgrade. I also like the new color that is gray to black in some light and olive dark green in direct light. I’m looking forward to future updates of iOS that will provide additional photography features that retain more detail in the picture. That’s not yet available on iOS 13.1.2 that’s current version.

When I first picked up this phone, the first thing I thought was "This is heavy". The Best Buy rep said it was because the phone case was made out of stainless steel. It certainly feels solid in my hand. The camera is amazing. The speed is as expected. And I adore that I have a much memory on my phone as my ipad. Battery lasts 24 hours for me, so it just needs to be put on the charger at night and I'm good to go. End result: I'm keeping this one and skipping the next several upgrades. Because it's that cool.

This is a very good phone. Takes great pictures and videos. The battery life is also great. Size is perfect. The only downfall is the price.

I’ve been an IPhone user for 9 years and this is by far the best phone I’ve owned. Amazing display, amazing battery life, and, most of all, the best picture quality of any phone I’ve owned. I jumped from a iPhone 8 to this 11 Pro and the difference is staggering. My only slight complaint is that I finally had to say goodbye to the home button. Despite the slight learning curve It is easy to use and I don’t really miss the home button anymore.

Previously owned phone: iPhone X Reason for getting new phone: Someone pilfered my iPhone X I wanted another X but the color/memory combination wasn't in stock. I upgraded. Honestly, I can't tell the difference between the cameras of the X and the 11 Pro. Picture quality is outstanding on all iPhones. I like the gold color but if you put anything other than a perfectly clear cover on it, it just doesn't matter. Screen quality is great. Would you realize the difference if you didn't have a regular 11 right next to it in the store? Nope. Size and weight are excellent. Speed of apps/internet: phenomenal. Noticeable difference in speed from the X? Not really. Save the money and stay with the X or the standard 11.

This is a great phone if you’re like me looking to get back into the Apple ecosystem. A13 is by far the fastest ... shown on paper and in hand use. And I can’t say enough about the camera..I mean WOW... great 4K front and rear .. was on the fence initially between the 11 and 11 pro .. but I like the 5.8(pro)size vs the 6.1(11) can’t wait the take this on my next vacation and get some stunning shots.
