I’ m so happy that I purchased this iPhone. The phone is a great size. It’s fast with uploads. The phone and the pics are fabulous too. Would buy it again through Best Buy. Nick Sher was the sakes person who helped me in the store he was very knowledgeable with the transfer of my files.

Wife wanted to make the move to Apple and so far loves the new phone. Obviously had to adjust to some of the new things relating to Apple but have enjoyed the phone and no regrets yet. I still have my Samsung and not sure if I will convert so will someday need to make that choice when I get a new phone.

I pushed back for upgrading to the 11 Pro Max since I liked my 6S Plus so much. My old phone had slowed down so much I was basically forces to get a new phone. I had no idea I would like the swipe and facial recognition as much as I do. This is a great phone. Very fast and responsive.

This phone is amazing, easily the best phone I have ever owned. The camera on it is second to none with so many different picture and video options. Along with taking crystal clear images in the dark with night mode. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a feature rich phone that will just work.

Excellent Phone, I really enjoy the camera and all the functionality. The new look is a great upgrade from the other iPhone I had. So, I am 100 percent pleased with the upgrade. I will be using the video more on this phone. Overall I am glad that I have upgraded.

I started with the original iPhone and upgraded each time through iPhone 4. Switched to Samsung Galaxy Note and upgrade through Note 9. Love the iPhone but 90% of what we do is the same. I switched to Samsung Eva use of poor battery life on iPhone. I get 2 full days on this phone.

I have owned this phone for 1 month & absolutely love it! Fantastic screen quality, I’m so happy I upgraded to the new iPhone 11 Pro Max! The space grey is almost black but you don’t really see that because it’s always in a case. I definitely recommend this iPhone!

This is my daughter's phone, so I don't have personal experience with it. All I can say is that the phone takes amazingly clear pictures! Also the night mode feature is very fun. We got some amazing pictures on the beach at night, with the moon glinting off the waves.

Other than the camera this is just like my IPhone 6. Kinda wished I saved my money cause it definitely isn’t worth the price tag

upgraded from iPhone 8+. much better design because the back is not glass on the 11 Pro Max. Camera works well and takes nice photos.

Coming from the iPhone XES Max I wasn’t expecting much of a difference, but I absolutely love this phone...The new 3 camera system is amazing and the battery life is a lifesaver...After a few software updates I am good to go with this phone...Thanks Apple for another great product!

This is a great phone the size is very nice and manageable. Not to big not to small just right. It beautiful in the Space Gray. Love the features it offers. I recommend highly if you want something worth the money. Thanks Apple and Best Buy.

This is an upgrade from the iPhone 8 Plus. I love the difference from the 8th. I’m still trying to get my way around it with the new update and technique. Like adjusting without the home button as for the photos they look more HD than the other phone. Definitely worth the upgrade.

I like my iPhone, but I liked it more to be able to get it faster at Best Buy than at the apple store. I got help from the Best Buy team to set it up and to put install the screen protector. It takes great pictures.

So I’m loyal nonetheless to say too Apple but I must say The 11 has the best speaker system it’s ever had, Siri understanding a lot smother. The response time is better across the board. And finally the battery life has lasted me a day and half on a full charge.... YEA I SAID IT

There was no questions about my decision to upgrade my iPhone after just purchasing the previous phone and having it for about 30 days. The craftsmanship of the Apple products are always entertaining and tech-ky I have taking great photos and videos and fine them to be astounding!

When you buy an iPhone, you get an iPhone. Transitioning from an old iPhone to a new phone could not be simpler… The new one is just like the old one, but with better features… It will be obsolete in a year… LOL As with other phones it is a communication device that does it’s job

Expensive but extremely fast and great photo quality. I haven’t experienced and problems with it.

A definite step forward in the evolution of the iPhone that checks all the right boxes, from build quality to battery capacity and management to camera refinement and image quality. In conclusion, even if high in price, it is the best iteration of the current iPhone design.

I bought this for my wife because she wanted a bigger screen. No complaints, but I really can't tell any other difference with all the crazy cameras and specs. I wouldn't upgrade unless it was necessary, or if you simply can't live without the bigger screen.
