It’s an iPhone ....great camera! Good phone but no 5g and super expensive.

I switch back and forth between iPhones and Galaxy Notes. There are Pros and Cons with both. I LOVE iPhones because they just work! Hardly ever bugs. My work apps run faster and smoother. I just always have 100% confidence in the device. But the Cons from switching from the Note 9, this thing is heavy. It's really heavy compared to the Note 9. And it's also big. I'm a big guy with pretty big hands and I can't comfortably reach all corners with one hand. But this thing works so well that the Pros out weigh those Cons. It's not perfect but I'm happy with it.

I wasn’t looking to upgrade but family member wanted to buy my Xs Max from me so sold it and bought the 11 Pro Max. Biggest improvement for me is the battery. I’ve used it for the last two days without a charge and I still have 56%. The screen is also a decent improvement with better whites, blacks and brightness. As for the camera, I guess if you take a lot of pictures then it’s worth an upgrade but if your like me who uses it more for work...I wouldn’t upgrade. The three lenses on the back make it look weird and prefers the previous two lenses.

Love the picture quality with this new phone. I also enjoy the upgrades for video editing. Great to be able to choose between 4K and HD for videos. Charges quickly which is nice. Thought the battery would last longer throughout the day, but I am on my phone quite a bit. Face recognition is cool feature to unlock the phone. I don’t think it allows you to save more than one face profile. I wear sunglasses and masks a lot so that makes it tricky to unlock the phone. Sometimes the touch screen doesn’t seem to work readily in the corners of the phone, but that could be user error. Overall a 4 because of the face recognition and battery life.
