I’m coming from an 8 so of course this phone is going to be off the chart awesome! I was waiting for the 12 pro but I couldn’t handle having to charge my phone twice a day. So far I absolutely love my phone and bigger is way better! Love the OLED screen too!

I use my iPhone 11 pro max every single day. It is the best iPhone being made.the battery life is amazing lasting me a day and a half. The cameras are also the best. People constantly comment how good the pictures are. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves apple products.

Just upgraded an iphone 5 and iphone 7. We are obviously fans. I've had 1 for a year now and haven't had any problems with it at all. I only need to charge it every other day with heavy use. We just bought a second one for my husband and so far so good.

There is not much more to say than this is a great IPhone. Pretty much everything about it works really really well. The face detect is superior to the Galaxy S20 I owned and the camera has better true colors and perspective. Apple does it right! No complaints

I have not had a whole lot of time with the phone yet but I love the new camera features. I take a lot of pictures and the different options of lenses is awesome. I upgraded from 8 plus and am still getting used to the edge to edge screen. Love the new midnight green color.

Replaced my iPhone 7 Plus with this phone. Backed up 7 to iTunes and restored on 11 pro max. Took about an hour. Everything transferred and works well. Needed to put in some passwords, so, make sure you have those saved somewhere. Phone is too expensive, but, works well.

I’m glad I stuck with Apple. I was pondering between the pixel four and the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max. Looks like pixel four is a bust even though it takes good pictures. I’m glad I stuck with apple seems to be a very solid phone great speed it looks Keep growing on me.

I was nervous upgrading from an 8 Plus, but after the first 10 minutes I didn’t even miss the home button. The screen is beautiful, the pictures this thing can take are amazing, and the facial recognition works surprisingly quickly, even in the dark!

Camera and added battery life are truly impressive, but otherwise the changes were not noticeable to me from older iPhone X.

Phone is simple to use. Great visual and audio quality. A wide range of features to choose from. So much can be accomplished on a single device. The battery life is amazing. Does not need to be charged frequently and the new lightning speed charger charges quickly.

The I-phone 11 has an amazing set of cameras, and high speed (froze hummingbird wings mid-flight in one new picture!). Apps and data transferred amazingly quickly, initially with help of Best Buy team, then paused, then continued on home WiFi.

Camera best feature but phone is very expensive. Would love Apple to offer new model phones at a reasonable price.

Nothing negative about this. Not a HUGE difference in daily use is noticed from the Xs Max. If you’re looking to upgrade you’ll be satisfied. Battery lasts for the majority of the day with normal use. I haven’t noticed a big difference in the Camera.

This was such a hard find. I feel like this color is a best seller. I am obsessed with the quality of my pictures. I was worried about the phone not having a button like previous iPhones, but it's honestly easy to get used to!

As a long time iPhone user, this is a great evolution from previous generations. If you go for the Max, keep in mind that it is pretty big. If you have small hands it may be hard to hold. The camera though is truly incredible. Def recommend!

This is the first upgrade in years (we get new phones every year) which truly feels like an upgrade. The new iOS is great, and the cameras are amazing. Plus, with the waterproof feature we feel safer with our phones around the pool and our toddler.

So far so good. For what I use it for, not a lot different from my old 7 plus. It is a little heavier. Speaker has a much bigger sound, and I like the larger screen. Have had iPhones since the 6, am very happy with this upgrade.

Such an upgrade from my last phone! The camera is particularly better on the iPhone 11 Pro. Pricey, but great quality. Pushing the side buttons for everything is a bit hard. Also, it’s harder to summon Siri with these buttons.

Enjoying it so far.We wanted better pictures, really checked into ALL iPhones and Android phones. The IPhone 11 Pro Max was the best rated bar none. Until 5G is running smoothly everywhere this is the Iphone to buy.

Short and sweet the phone is great. I was impressed to see how fast and easy it was to set up. That is once I got past an issue. The phone I wanted, in Space Gray, was not in stock at the Best Buy store and had to be mailed to me. It turned out the the Verizon SIM card that was included could not be recognized. A Best Buy Support rep tried to help me and was unsuccessful. I have to go to my local Verizon store to get help with the problem. Turns out they only had to swap the SIM from my current phone to the new iPhone and subsequently everything went well with the setup. Then came the next issue when I found that I couldn't make calls and would get a Verizon error message that the account was not active. Fortunately a quick call to Verizon had this problem resolved. I don't know why the Verizon support rep didn't think to check on that.
