I used to work in the mobile section at best buy (between 2015 and 2018) and the iphone honestly hasnt evolved too much since around the iphone 6s. This isnt a bad thing honestly. Instead of striving for innovation they strive for perfection. The iphone is sleek, clean, and easy to use where as android is complex and customizable. When looking to purchase this phone I would base off what you currently have and what youre looking for. Iphone is very surface level and android lets you dive deep. At this point in the phone game it falls to preference. Both are great but I prefer iPhone and the apple ecosystem.

The phone is the phone…nobody expects more than what it is…however, what I did not expect was the AMAZING experience I had due to your associate that took extra steps to make me enjoy my purchase …his name is ERNESTO and he was more than kind in explaining everything so that my husband and I would make an informed purchase. Because of him, we came back 10 days later and purchased a Jitterbug phone for you mother (94 years old)… again, he exceeded expectations! He should be commended for his knowledge and his approach to the customer, especially now, in these trying times. Maybe you can see fit to give him a promotion and/or maybe a bonus. This is a good camera cell phone that can do a lot and if you know Apple you know you’re dealing with the best! I like the color I like the style of the phone and I definitely realize that this phone has different options.

I love everything about this phone. It's pricey but worth it. I had an iPhone SE before this so I must say this is a major upgrade for me! The camera quality is awesome! Would recommend this phone for everyone.

I got my new iPhone today. It is lighter and has such great qualities. I love it every time I get a new phone. The speed, features and feel are great! Thanks Best Buy, for helping me to purchase and set up my new phone.

Overall, we just love our new phones. This purchase has not only given us more freedom, but it has enabled us to survive these troubled times with something that’s proven to be more positive to do. We have a lot to learn about this new equipment and features available, but we’re looking forward to be able to “grow” into them, so to speak. Of all the purchase that I made that day, this has been the most successful. Haven’t received the phone bill yet and definitely not looking forward to that though. Have had some exasperating issues with previous owners phone number and having to block a lot of calls, and may have to change number eventually, but the phone is just a beautiful piece of equipment.

My iPhone 7 Plus gave out... didn’t what to pay for another phone however this one is nice. Like having the three lens as I take a ton of pics. Pricey for sure, however this a tool used all day long.

This was a purchase for my daughter. She went for this model due to the camera. She has been extremely happy with it and the quality of pictures it takes. She has been an iPhone users for countless years.

I had the 10 XS Max previously. They are both extremely similar. The only difference is the camera quality. The iPhone 10's camera quality is still amazing but there is just a very very very small difference.

Really enjoy the bigger screen! I honestly thought it was going to be to bulky, but to my surprise I’m very pleased with the quality and overall happy that I went with a bigger phone.

I upgraded from a iPhone 5 to the 11 pro max. Everything is awesome. The battery quality is top notch. Voice to text is much better and I haven’t had to make hardly any corrections. The camera is sweet too

Apple has done it again. iPhone 11 Pro Max is the flagship of smartphones. The photos and videos taken from the phone and rich and lush with color and detail. It's the next step in the evolution of iPhones.

Buying my iPhone online and going to pick it up in the store was a difficult, trying process filled with lots of activation issues. In situations like these, customer service is everything. I am grateful that I had a helpful employee that truly went and above and beyond to guide me through the process. Kelvin reached out to me several times to make sure everything went well with my phone transition. He was professional, pleasant, and most importantly patient. He exhibited everything Best Buy could ask for in an employee. Ultimately, even though my issues took many hours to resolve, I am thankful I had Kelvin to help me! I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Great photo but at times it freezes up and sticks but otherwise it’s a great phone

I upgraded from an X, and have no regrets. However, if you can wait a year for a phone with 5G, I'd suggest doing that. The only complaint is that the price for the high memory models like this is too much.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to upgrade to the 11 pro max but after I did I was extremely pleased. It has a lot of great features but my favorite is the cameras. Would definitely recommend.

I love the new features. The camera is amazing and I have adjusted quickly. It took some time to get used to not having the thumb button but the facial IF is much easier to use when accessing my phone.

I’m so excited I finally got to do my upgrade and leave my carrier to a better one. This phone I love still getting use to it and the camera is the best. Been messing with the filters. I’m such a big kid
