I am digging the new phone like the features on it

Best Buy had the best price option for this particular item. They had exactly what I wanted in stock and they shipped overnight. It was nice being able to get my phone the very next day. I would highly recommend going through Best Buy for a new phone or anything else in general!

I like my phone after 2 days of going back to the store on Bluemound. I was told all was down loaded and ready for use but when I got home I was still having problems. I waited overnight for all of my down loads to complete but never happened. Back to store again and they said it was done. SORRY for that he says. Get back home and found out still not right. Off to greenfield store and very frustrated but they were very helpful and thought that the geek squad was able to fix it. And that they did. Thanks everyone at greenfield store

Going from an xs Max to this phone was not much of a difference. The camera is cool but some lighting makes the colors super saturated and a lot of noise.

I will be honest I hate all phones and I mean that goes back to the 70's when house phones were all there was but that's just me I am old but this never leaves my side regardless. I forgot it once and was totally lost all my membership cards are in it and more that is the best thing ever

Good phone. Been using iPhone for the past 4 years after using Samsung for 19 years prior. Love the larger screen.

Really cannot speak highly enough about this phone. Finally switched over from years of Android OS phones. Everything, from the watch and the AirPods, works so flawlessly with one another comparative to Android based systems. Not quite as customizable as Android, but it’s worth the sacrifice, in my opinion.

Got it for $275 off pre Memorial Day. Will never tell the difference between 11pro and 12 pro pictures. 5G overrated

Nice phone with god screen and excellent camera. Size is awkward for me to handle so tends to drop often, new tweet that and the weight of my case.

So far liked it! I always like to have iPhone. This is little bit different than my previous one. But overall awesome.

Its a good phone. Takes good pictures. No back button is irritating. Still trying to get used to all of it. Im sure it will get easier.

Bought phone via web for store pickup. Went into store to activate; get case, screen protector. All information got transferred from older iPhone, and I set up email. Left store. Phone did not work later for making phone calls. Wasn't able to re-activate it via Verizon, got error message. Returned to store next day, and the SIM card was bad and had to issue another phone. Store did not verify the first phone's sim card was working, by making a phone call, or told us to check this before we left the store.

The Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max 64Gb is the best iPhone that I have bought in the past 9 years. I bought this one at Best Buy and they were excellent in setting everything up and getting me on a much better plan.

first time I have a Max or big iPhone, I was more incline to the small phones specially since I carry them in my pockets and run with it... but lately start to do many thing in my phone almost not use the iPad any more, since the phone is at hand always.. chose this one .. no disappointment .

Phone is nice but only worth the upgrade if you really want a bigger screen or you have had a ip6 or so to really benefit the new features.

Good phone but so expense. Loyal Team Apple. Upgraded from XR and did not really notice any real new features or bonus.

The best purchase I made in a long time. No issues ever and I purchased a case for it and it was well worth it. This phone has lasted me forever and no cracked screen yet!

Very clear and bright screen. They lost one star on the color. Green looks more gray than green in most lights. Camera is awesome too.

We purchased this phone so that I could video tape my boys playing football. I bought the tripod and clip adapter and I record all their plays from the stands. Great video quality and I can zoom into them on the field and still have a quality picture, not grainy or fuzzy.

Received the new phone used I Cloud to transfer data all done within an hour the hardest part was inserting the card which came separately as never had to do before but got it done. So far my wife is very happy after her I phone 6 wouldn’t hold a charge anymore!!
