This phone is great. I thought I wanted it for the camera but that is a small part of why I love it.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable on the phone and explain all the features of the phone. He suggested what use on the phone screen it would not get scratched. He helped with a phone holder which is the best.

I’m very happy with my phone! I would recommend it to anyone looking at upgrading. It would be nice if you had more phones in stock. This would make it easier for your customers to purchase them and take advantage of your offers.

The is a great phone. I took advantage of Best Buy's sale price plus the trade in allowance for my iPhone 7 Plus. Stephen at the mobile counter made sure that everything was transferred from my old phone before wiping it out.

The phone performs much better than last years model. Extended battery life, better performance.

Well its an IPhone so you already know its quality but I am a Galaxy user with 5G capabilities, so IPhone you need to step up your game. Galaxy has more detail in the pictures but Iphone seems to have a more vibrant color.

I've had this phone for just over a month so I feel like I've had enough time to really give a fair judgement: The phone is fine. It's a good smartphone and does what a smartphone is intended. But my god does this phone feel like such a drag after using android and pixel. The camera quality on my two year old pixel is way better than this new iphone and it was able to do more. This iphone camera feels very limiting. The pictures are sub-par quality. They're fine if you take casual photos but if you're trying to take something nice then forget it. It had trouble with wifi no matter where I'm at. In fact it seems like Wifi only slows it down! I had the same issue the last time I had an iphone so at this point I think it's an apple problem. I could go on but there is just almost no quality in this phone where an android or pixel isn't better. And then the price is ridiculous! You pay more for a phone that's just okay. If you want to get your money's worth then go for the samsung galaxy or google pixel. Not only are they usually cheaper but they are loads better and can do more. At this point iphone is more of a fashion accessory or status symbol.

I’m still learning all the features after having traded in my iPhone 6S Plus. It takes a little getting used to not having a home button. It’s all about the swiping. The clarity on the iPhone 11 Pro Max is amazing.

I’ve been an iPhone user since 2015. I always loved the new updated camera features and designs of the newest iPhones! Not to mention green is my favorite color so this was perfect! Amazing device!

I had thought getting the 11 pro max would be to big of a phone to carry around, after having this phone for almost a month I have adapted to it so well, that grabbing my old phone seemed as I was grabbing a toy

Upgraded from a iPhone 7+... it’s been a while! Just didn’t feel that need to upgrade lately And was satisfied with my old phone. Figured it was about that time to see what I’ve been missing, Glad I upgraded!

If you’re looking for the perfect match this is it. It has it all, CAMERA, SPEED, APPS, I can go on and on...... Until they come out with the 12 this is hands down the BEST PHONE I e ever had.

Purchase this iPad for my mom for a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves it and gets a lot of use out of it. We love the facial recognition feature on this. It comes in very handy

I always end up at BestBuy anytime i need a new phone or wanna switch carriers. Everything is centralized and the guys are always extremely helpful and know their stuff!

Great phone! Almost 2 years into this iPhone and have had no issues! It’s been wet, dropped in a hot tub, and still works. I have a screen protector but still looks new!

I love this phone. This is my first iPhone and I am still learning all of things I can do with it. I have been an Android Man for years but now I am totally converted. iPhone 11 Pro is great.

Great Phone but VZW not giving me the bill credit advertised by Best Buy. Disappointed. Would advise potential customers to check with VZW about promotions and bill credits.
