Went from a note 9 android device to an iPhone promax 11 I’m not disappointed at all the fun has done everything I needed to do it has exceeded my expectations so far

I wasn’t expecting to be already happy to have upgraded but I am pleasantly surprised. The one drawback I can say is the new swiping motion compared to pre iPhone X.

Traded my iPhone 6s Plus in for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, so that I could have the benefit of the three camera lenses, So enjoying that so far.

It's taking time to get used to. Without the button feature, it's throwing me off. Its been a month and I'm slow at learning this new features. Overall, I'm pleased with it. Its definitely not for people who is slow to changes :)

I love my iPhone. Except for these two things: 1) On the heavy side. I think I should of gotten the smaller version of this phone, given I have a small hand. LENS FLARE! - I like to record at night with this phone and the lens flare is annoying.. If anyone has any solutions, please let me know.

This phone works great and was needed for the extra storage space compared to my last iPhone. The green color is nice as well.

The product speaks for itself ( a new standard ) our small town is proud to have Best buy . There is no other competition. On a scalar 1 to ten Best Buy is a 12.

This by far is one of my best purchases by far. Buy it as Best Buy made it so much less painless then to go into the Verizion store and deal with all the bs

So far I like everything except when you click on "recent calls" it auto. dials any call that you touch as you only want to see the whole number.

Love the green color of the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The lions works very well. Wish it had more memory though. Only 64GB.

Ive been an Apple phone users for many years the quality is good and easy to use but my only complaint is the price some people can’t afford it

I’m a solid team iPhone guy. I keep my models for at least 2 years before upgrading so I was anxious to upgrade my X to the 11pro max for two reasons. One: I wanted a bigger phone, Two: I wanted the newest and best one available. First couple of days were great and then I noticed that just from being in my pocket (which is where I’ve always kept my phones) the entire screen was riddled with deep scratches. I’ve never had that issue. And the screen also goes negative every time I lock or unlock my phone. I definitely ended up on the losing end of this iPhone

This phone was purchased as a replacement phone for my grandson. Purchasing and pick up was easy, ordered and pickup was with in 15 minutes

Love this phone !! My only complaint is that it does not always ring. Other than that, it has been great !! Still over priced though!!

I had the 6s plus from its launch and the home button was failing, I went in to get the 8 but decided since I keep them so long I might as well go all out

I haven't been able to use all of the features yet,but what I have so far are great I upgraded from an Iphone 8 and there is no comparison

So glad we could finally upgrade! I got this one foe my husband he loves it. Never puts his phone down and is able to watch videos take pix etc

Amazing phone. Works great, looks great, quality and built by Apple. The best phones on the market come from these guys.
