    I had an outstanding salesperson—polite, knowledgeable, patient. This was especially important since I had been to the store a couple weeks before to purchase this same phone . The salesperson at that time was not knowledgeable about AT&T mistakes. This new person immediately realized that AT&T was the problem. He had me call AT&T and the error was immediately corrected.

    It does the job. I've had Apple for 13 years, so I've stayed with it, but the cost is ridiculous now. Does a lot of cool stuff, but it's way overpriced.

    Very nice phone as every iPhone has a fast and smooth operating system little bit more on the safe side compare to a Android device down side on every iPhone is the storage is limited unless you pay monthly for a cloud storage I bought two for my kids I'm personally not fan of iPhone never was and never liked their exterior design as a say they look rough as a army tank .
