So before I had an iPhone 3,4,6 plus, 8 plus, and now 11 max pro. The screen is fire. The color brightness is amazing and the sound quality is 10000% better than an 8 plus. The camera features are rocking but if you add your photos to corresponding apps it’s totally worth it.

I recently upgraded from the iPhone 7 Plus but I don't find the new iPhone THAT exciting. I do like the facial recognition but I hate that I have to pick up my phone and face it directly at my face for it to work. And the camera are cool but nothing I couldn't do by zooming on my old phone...except the wide angle. I do like that. But this phone feels so much bigger in my hand so I am actually exchanging it for the 11 Pro instead of the 11 Pro Max.

Great cover, slim and doesn’t make the phone feel bigger than it actually is, but still protects the corners and edges great. Been using for quite sometime now with minimal scratches and abrasions. It doing exactly what is is supposed to be doing.

Overall good phone. Easy to use! Take good clear photos and videos. The storage space is really good as well for 64 g

This is an excellent phone with a good camera. Setup was long and time consuming, however , so it was a good thing that I let Best Buy handle it.

upgraded from 7plus so change in technology was amazing. the steel and glass was amazing to hold. solid build. of course I have a case on it now. haven’t used half of its functions yet. ios13 is a bit wonky right now. in fact, spent 2 hours in Best Buy just to activate it.

I watch a lot of video on my phone, always learning new things. The display is the brightest I’ve seen yet with great detail and colors supporting all the hdr content I want. From YouTube to Plex or really any app benefits from this device greatly compared to other models

Very expensive for a phone, but if you like taking pictures it might be worth it. Much better battery life than previous phones as well.

Switched from Pixel 4 XL, Apple makes the best phones on the market. I'm a PC guy, and was Android, but the iPhone is a superior piece of hardware. It should be though, because it's the most expensive flagship other than folding phones.

Had to switch to this as I managed to brick my 10 while washing it off during this coronavirus crisis. Very easy to migrate data

I upgraded from an 8 plus. Glad I did. I thought I wouldn’t really see a difference but unnoticed it immediately. Aside from obvious differences like no home button and stuff. It’s a great phone. I love the face recognition, it makes life so much better.

For the $1k+ price tag, you would think Apple would at least throw in 5G. Overall same great iPhone with superb camera quality.

I decided to get the 11pro max and all in all I love it. Things I'm not fond of yet...I don't like not having a home button, it is more work than you would think to "swipe" to get screens to change..IDK in time, I guess it will be okay. My one real issue with it is the touch screen. sometimes on some games etc it doesn't seem to recognize the touch and has to be done several times to get a reaction....otherwise I am very happy happy with it. The video sound recorder is awesome!

When I purchased the phone I wanted information transferred from my old phone to the new one. After several hours in the store the representative told me to complete the process at home. Seven hours later I gave up. The next day I went back to the store and another representative completed the task in about 45 minutes. The second problem is I have been unable to load new music into this iPhone. I've yet to find a reasonable explanation as to how to do that. Help from the story is lacking.

I had originally purchased one of these for my mother, but liked it so much that I ended up getting it for both of my parents. It is very compatible with all of my other apple products and makes work that much easier. I definitely recommend it!

Only one thing I found to be a bother when your on speaker there’s feedback in to the other persons phone now the only thing I can think of it’s caused by the new battery using or the speaker wires are to close to it but hey Apple fix it please

Have had apple in the past and did not like it but the new one seems to be really good ! Hope the feeling lasts.

For me as an iPhone user I love this phone! Upgrading from the 7plus I’m able to really enjoy the upgrades & it’s continued easy use because of the gap in new phone purchases. Highly recommend if you have an 8 or below & want an upgrade.

A bit overpriced but a great iPhone. The camera is exquisite, but not too much else in terms or advancement.
