Upgraded phone via Best Buy. Usually goes through my service provider but Best Buy had the better deal at the time. Process was smooth and easy!

This phone is so good I’m using it right now to write this!

I was convinced by the salesman to go lower in memory because it won’t matter. I had the 128 7plus (I know, it was time to upgrade) and never had memory issues. iPhone decided not to do that model no more and I don’t really need the 256, so I listened to the salesman and went down in memory space. Now I have the “memory full” message all the time. Will go and change it tomorrow

At first I don’t think this was going to be a good investment but after a few days I realized this was a great phone and I’m really satisfied with my decision and product.

I went to the store to upgrade my old phone not realizing that the 11 was released on the same day. Works like an iPhone but not not very reliable as long as it is kept up-to-date

I was and Android man at first and didn’t want a phone like this but now I hate I waited all this time because this phone is a great investment to me.

problems with the exchange of this one from the 11 pro max with less gb. very long process. i hope my account has been credited by now for the many dollars that i was charged,

The Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max has a great camera and is worth the upgrade.

Fast and easy. Ordered online and picked up at Best Buy and one of there specialists set my phone up and transferred everything from old phone to new phone.

This is an amazing phone. Good value if you can buy one now as the new ones are out and selling.

Best Buy usually has phones in stock outside of release dates. But this phone was available and hasn’t done me wrong since. I won’t be getting the 12

The new IPhone 11 pro Max. Had to wait a bit to get this phone but it was worth the wait. That being said should have saved a few bucks and gotten the 64 instead of the 256

I finally upgraded to the new Pro Max from the 7plus and this new phone does not disappoint. Still learning some of the new features. But over all a great phone.

iPhone is really a great upgrade from my previous phone. I have been using it for a year now and it is still working perfectly

I’m kind of hooked into the apple ecosystem (iBooks, Apple Watch, phone) - it’s better than the 8 plus. I really like the wide angle lens. Photos are good.
