To use the features of the cameras you must first study the options, everything else is the same. Way to over priced considering it’s the 7 the 8 etc with a bit larger screen which in this case only makes it harder to hold in 1 band

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, this is my first time ordering a phone through Best Buy so I'm unsure if this is how they make business. I'm aware that the phone I ordered is no longer being manufactured. They sent me a "Like New" conditioned phone, without me being told. The box looked taped up with scotch tape. The frame around the phone had tiny scratches. One of the scratches were deep enough to get my fingernail caught in it. So I decided to look past the imperfections. The phone was supposed to be carrier locked but the problems I had activating it, could say otherwise.

I was so excited to get the new phone, I don’t think it’s worth the money. Had a really hard time getting things transferred over. I think it’s more hype than quality

Wife and I both purchased this model just different colors. No complaints yet. Other than the price.

Only had it for a week and it’s already went into a hibernation mode where I had to take time and gas out of my way to get it fixed

Rather have a galaxy note again phone is to high in price for what reason I have no idea

Had to return it. Did not really see any big difference from my iPhone 10. It's good I guess if you had older version of the Apple iPhones.

unfortunately this product was stolen from me shortly after purchasing so never got to really test product much

Camera is nice but the phone is not shatter resistant, mine broke the next day. So if you’re planning on buying this phone make sure you get a good phone case.

Honestly I wish I wouldn’t have updated. The camera is terrible as in it’s always looks zoomed in and pixelated.

I had a iPhone 7+ which worked well for three years they didn’t want a trade in so purchased a iPhone max cost me a lot said I had 14 days to try it out, for my use of iPhone my older iPhone was fine so I returned it at a cost of 45$ or close, after I got home I played a couple games until my wife got home I told her that I was just going to use my older phone she said “go get the new one you deserve it” so I went back and asked if they still had my returned phone said it was gone I purchased another and asked if they could give me anything for my old phone I just wanted to get a case protection they said yes 180 something like that took my phone and said only if it turns on I wasn’t worried as I used it 1 hour earlier but all the sudden after they took off my protection case? It did not turn on???? I brought it home and found the left side of phone was open I new it would be very hard to explain so I didn’t don’t like to blame someone for something I can’t prove! So I ate the loss but it was very weird that we at the store used it to get my new one going but 10 minutes later it would not turn on?????????

I think the camera has a delay and sometimes freezes as well

I bought it because my old iphone was running slow apple needs to step it up

This product is no longer with me and was returned on December 26th.

Great product and definitely would recommend to anyone.

If you have a X keep it. I see no difference in this phone

Unless you really focus on the camera, you are not really missing much on this yearly upgrade, this iteration does not envy that much from the previous XS model! unless you are upgrading from an iphone 7 or less you are good!!

Bought the phone out of pocket, didnt realize the lens is broken until i got home, had to file a claim with insurance since best buy and apple did not want to help.

Way over priced and playing catch up to samsung. Apple marketing is huge but their products are still over priced and geared towards kids still.

This phone is listed tested in water fo so long Etc We’ll after 2 seconds in one inch of water in sink and now the ear pice speaker won’t work … meaning all calls have to be over speaker …… I’m very curious how we can be told things can do things only to find out not even close …. Have had an iPhone since 1st gen but thinking very seriously about tossing this phone in trash and making the switch
