Best iPhone ever! I’ve been a Apple person for a decade and this by far is head and shoulder above. Camera is super crisp and easy to use. Speed is above average and batter lasts all day. Apple you are the gold standard!!!

The biggest upgrade in the new iPhone 11 Pro Max is the three new cameras. These cameras are fantastic! The wide and telephoto lens work so well and make pictures look great. Night mode also works great and the pictures I have taken in low light look awesome. The OLED screen is so brilliant. I have watched Youtube and movies I have in 4K on the phone. They look terrific and the ohone has Dolby Atmos sound. Great experience! I also love the size. It is almost too big for my pockets, but I don't care because the size is perfect for using the phone, and there is more space to see the images and videos and websites on the phone. I have not found a negative point in the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I previously had the iPhone XR and I like this one much better.

I upgraded from an iPhone 8+. This phone surpasses it in every way. Better screen, much better battery life, and better camera. Face ID works well and it was easy to adjust to no home button. Really like the phone.

Works great! Controls are easy to manipulate and it takes awesome pics!!! What I'm enjoying most about this phone is there was very little difference between the overall functions of my old phone & this new phone. There was very little else to worry about learning. It would be a great phone for new comers to the I-Phone technology. Everything is easy to learn & Best Buy Total Support is AWESOME if u need help!!! I was very pleased with the ease that Best Buy copied all my files from my old I-Phone 6+ to my new I-Phone. I was doubtful but everything copied over. I'm enjoying this phone very much & wouldn't & won't hesitate to recommend it to friends or family!!!!

I love the camera and screen size. This phone makes taking photos easy, no need to take 3 of the same pose ever again. Best thing about the phone is the battery, long lasting and dependable for long work hours.

Upgraded from the iPhone 6plus, so clearly there was a big difference! It was nice to have a battery that didn't die before lunch everyday! Screen size is perfect, and the camera is amazing!

This is only my second iPhone and I am so overwhelmed by the tech, power and ability of this device. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and my head is still in the clouds! What can I say? The display, battery life, connectivity and the overall build of the highest quality make this “phone” difficult to beat. It’s also very fast and the response is spot on. I intend to use its video and audio recording capabilities to the max God willing. The reviews I’ve read over the months don’t do this “phone” justice. You have to experience it for yourself.

The phone is great. Good size, does not feel cheap. Fast and easy to use if you are familiar with iPhones. Price is a bit high, but in today's world I guess this is to be expected.

I love the bigger screen. The cameras are awesome. You would never know that a picture was taken in a dark room. The battery life is unbeliveable. Very happy with my upgrade from a 6s plus.

I have an XR on my business phone and would say that this is a small upgrade from last years phones unless you are a camera person. So upgrading from a XS,XSM, or XR is less likely that you will see huge improvement or need to upgrade. The one big difference I saw from my iPhone X is the battery life on the pro max is fantastic. I pull my phone off the charger before going to bed and I can still get through a whole day work day and not needing a charge until around 9-10pm. I would consider myself a power user as throughout the day I have emails, spreadsheets, and YouTube streaming in the background for 4-5 hours amongst other items. The cameras are a big improvement and really close the short fall they had in low light photography. The iPhone went from not competing in low light to trading blows with what is considered the best camera on a smartphone the google pixel. I can honestly say I’m not regretting my purchase and if you have a iPhone X or later the small improvements will make you happy with your purchase.

I purchase a new iPhone every year and every year I am amazed at what Apple does with every new upgrade. Granted, some people say that some upgrades have been ho hum but this year Apple has come across with some game changers. The first big change is the cameras, they have to be experienced to be believed. The battery life is over the top improved. For most of my previous iPhones I purchased a battery case because they didn’t quite make it through the day but that won’t be necessary with this one. This phone has at least 30% battery at the end of a very heavy day of use. If you are an iPhone person, you have to seriously consider this one, it’s a true joy to behold.

It is fast, great battery life, super sharp screen with very realistic color rendition. Best phone camera I’ve ever used. What else can you say. This replaced my 5 yr old iPhone 6.

I always upgrade every time a new IPhone comes out I wasn’t going to do it this time but my wife’s new iPhone 11 Pro Max made a lier out of me, after looking at her phone and trying out out some new features I was holding my grounds until I had walked into our Best Buy and without out thinking about it I was walking out with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have the 256 GB and I don’t think I will ever run out of room. There is so many features on this phone if I keep it for 10 years I will probably find something new. I am amazed at how long the the battery last I can leave it on and use it for 3 days before I have to charge it

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a great phone. The battery life has been impressive so far. I’ve gone two days with normal use on a single charge. The camera makes taking photos a lot of fun and I enjoy seeing the reaction to some of the options in portrait mode. My only complaint would be the price, but it was my decision on which model to purchase.

I am really enjoying my purchase. This is my first Max iPhone and I find the size to be just right after being reluctant of the size. I am better able to type and carrying it around isn’t a problem. The addition of the new cameras are great (if that’s your sort of thing). The speed of the phone is awesome too. Overall very pleased.

I upgraded from an iPhone X to the 11 pro max and I instantly fell in love with the larger screen, better battery life, and wide angle camera. 10/10 would buy again!

Not much different beside the camera from my XS max it’s heavier which is a minus. If you’re upgrading from an 8 or lower this will be an awesome phone, if not it’s just the battery and camera that’s different. But I will say the camera is pretty phenomenal and the battery lasts a while, which is why I gave 4 stars!

I like the size of the Pro Max. It is much easier to hold. Phone is fast and camera is wonderful. I need to work more with camera to appreciate all it can do.
