I have been using an iPhone 8plus and was very happy with everything , once this product was launched I just wanted to see one and experience the screen and camera. Let me say that if you do not have an iPhone X or above then you are missing out the screen is amazing and the new bionic chip makes using the phone and apps feel like the first time I used an iPhone, it is that much better. Last if you are not using best buy for all you electronic needs you need to switch and really look into what they do and how good their customer service is. Apple has out done themselves!

Man I really love this iPhone 11 pro max in every way. The camera, battery life and design is so nice. Phone feels really good in your hands with no case.

I love this iPhone 11 Pro Max. I've had the phone for over a year now and it has been great especially for the excellent camera pictures. I like the larger size (Max) for easier reading with old eyes, however it sometimes is too large for some pockets. Also, with Tech improvements, now I'm wishing that I had more space than the 64GB. The promotional deal from Verizon/Best Buy just before Christmas was great and affordable.

A couple of years ago I was in need of a change and bought a Samsung Galaxy Note. It wasn’t an awful phone, but I definitely missed the ease and style of an iPhone. I’m so so happy that I returned to Apple with this phone. The camera is excellent, the function is also excellent and easy to use, the battery life far outshines my note, and (personally) I like the way it looks more as well. I think it’s a great phone and worth looking into if you’re switching to Apple or just upgrading.

This is a great phone with a large screen and plenty of storage. The camera is better than any camera phone I have had.

This is a big upgrade to the Iphone 8 I traded in. The speed, battery life and camera are exceptional! Worth it!

My last IPhone was a 7 plus(my previous favorite) this phone has great camera, no major improvements with SIRI, it’s extremely fast especially with the facial recognition. At first I missed the home button, but after using raise to wake and facial recognition, no problem. The battery life is the best feature, I’m using it for work and personal, (2) separate emails, Twitter, Instagram and Safari use as well as location services on. After 1st complete charge, 16 hours, and wasn’t dead!!!

Great phone has an awesome camera. Love the battery life but downfall is that it’s a bit heavier than previous models.

This is the fastest Iphone yet! The battery is also great! And I am so happy that I can take pretty pictures with it!

Since this is iPhone, I love it. The camera is by far the best one I have seen on an iPhone. There are many new options available for the user to choose when taking photos. I have been pleased thus far and haven’t had any issues, yet. I expect that with the release of the 12 most people looking for an iPhone will go with the newer version however I chose this because of the longer battery life and some options that will not be available in the 12. Overall I fee like this would be a smart buy for anyone in the market to upgrade their mobile device. A tad less expensive than the newest one but still packing a little punch to the wallet. Remember to include the purchase price for apple care (for all those opps moments) when tallying the total cost of the phone.

I was skeptical to purchase an iphone at first. Not because of the brand but because it is an IOS phone. I was an android fan, until now. This phone is amazing. The battery life is spectacular and the pictures come out amazing as well. over all I highly recommend it. It will take some time to get used to the switch from android to apple. but it is worth it. I am willing to continue learning

On a whim I decided I wanted to upgrade to the IPhone 11 Pro Max. I had the IPhone X and really enjoyed that iPhone. Anyway, I love this phone the camera is awesome. Mostly what I use it for is for taking video and pictures. The large screen is nice. Wish it wasn't so expensive. Hopefully this one will last a good while. I wasn’t sure if I would like the gold color but it’s actually really pretty. Shout out to Ethan for great customer service.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to give up my iPhone XS Max because it is an awesome cell phone. I am impressed with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. the battery life is extraordinary but so was the XS Max for the purpose I used it. I love the 11 Pro Max and I'm still learning the cameras. I'm happy that I made the switch. I also wanted a phone with the same body style. Not ready to go back to the square
