Very happy with apples products but the case is more grey then black

I like it and it works very well it helps my phone last longer.

If you have an iPhone, you need a battery case. Between streaming music and checking emails, the battery on my phone is at 50% after 4 hours. This case keeps me from having to charge my device for the day.

Unfortunately found my iPhone dying faster and got this case so my battery would last me through out the day. The case has a nice soft touch but does add bulk to the phone.I would say it’s adding about 40% to my battery

Only get this if its on sale. The weird part about this, is that it doesnt wireless charge... WHY would you make a case that takes away a feature I have no clue. The rubber also becomes loose after a few months.

I had an Apple smart case for my SX Max, but this better. on the lower right side case is a beveled oblong button when phone is locked it allows you to take pictures. I took case off and there are no buttons in this position. WOW!!

iPhone 11 Pro Max doesn’t really need this but if you’re a power user like me why not go for it. Definitely a little bulkier and heavier but not too much to the point of discomfort. Would definitely recommend this to a friend

Great Product! In true Apple fashion, it has a great build quality. It has a felt inside with a silicone exterior. I would have preferred a leather exterior but this is a great option.

I love it! I am keeping it handy in case of emergencies. I plan on getting another one for my brother for his bday so he can have one ready for his big out bag he’s been putting together.

Great case to tolerate lack of battery during the day. It makes the phone a bit heavy but it can be a good excuse to stay away from electronics as well. Recharging takes a long time.

My son loves his Christmas gift. Comes in handy as he always forgets to charge his cell phone. Not to heavy when placed on phone.

I will never understand the Apple Smart Battery Case for iPhone. It seems designed to torture the phone battery since it uses the case battery first before switching to the phone battery. The case battery should be the "backup", not the phone battery. In order to cycle the phone battery, I have to deliberately not charge the case battery, leaving me with no backup for when the phone is depleted. True, it increases total battery power to get through a phone intensive day, but it does not take good care of the phone battery, the more expensive one to replace. The Lightning jack on my first case degraded in about a year.

Make check out easier for all employees I asked to not send to the P.O. Box but a physical address why can’t a regular employee can’t change that in a customers reward account is beyond me

Good case, not my favorite but i got It on sale so i cant Complain. Does what it’s meant to do just wish you could control when it charges and doesnt. Besides that it’s great

Excellent, but the outer layer wears off pretty quickly. Very Happy with this but wish it was tougher, it needs a case over the case. Had it for less than a year and already showing wear. Considering the price this is a bit disappointing

I really liked the case. I liked the feel of the case and the charge was just fine for my daily usage. But the case started to peeling and look very worn.

Worked well! The case picks apart eventually, but does what it needs to do as advertised. Adds a slight bump to the phone. Don't get it into a lot of water or it won't charge well anymore.

Phone and case takes forever to charge together. But my phones been holding charge longer then it normally would. Wouldn’t buy it at full price but on sale, send it.

I’ve tried several third party charging cases that all failed within a month or so, but I’ve had few problems with the official one so far. Way too expensive though.

It’s a very nice case, as expected. It’s a little on the heavy side but it having such large battery capacity, it’s understandable. I highly recommend it
