    The iPhone 11 and 11 Pros have software issues. The Bluetooth cuts in and out. I have had issues since November, went through two IPhone 11s and now two Pros and they all have the same Bluetooth issue. I’ve tried restoring all of them, not backing them up and starting fresh with no resolution. Took them to Best Buy and they can’t find an issue. I have been in contact with Apple for two months and they did Bluetooth logging and confirmed the issue and confirmed it was a software issue and not hardware and said to wait for an update. So Apple released a $1150 defective product and still haven’t found a fix. I’ve been a Apple die hard for a long time. Probably won’t get the iPhone 12.

    2nd iphone I purchased and love the green color. The pictures are some of the best I have ever seen on a smartphone. The speed and memory has been upgraded

    I paid cash for this (about $1200). I’ve had issues with this phone a month after purchase. With COVID, I can’t even take it to APPLE. They advised I could send them my phone and they’d review it which would mean that I’d have to go without a phone. Every phone I’ve purchased from Best Buy has issues shortly after purchase for some reason. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this device. I can’t use it half the time
