The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a nice phone but has glitches for sure. Sometimes the text tone hangs up and makes noise for a while, also the ringtone messes up on it. The return policy is 14 days and it started this on day 35. So i would not recommend this phone. I wished i would have just got the basic one for half the price instead. Waste of money. The battery life isn’t that great either. I charge it twice a day. However it charges back up super fast. That’s the only pro.

Purchase the phone, but not impressed with it, the camera on the xs is better in my opinion but is a beautiful phone

I have been a long time Apple fan and I am truly disgusted and disappointed in this phone. I am on my second phone already after only having Olathe first one a few months. Calls drop, sounds is distorted and overall quality is poor. Should have kept my iPhone 6s Plus

The phone has some bugs on it, I don't know it's caused by hardware or software but it exists.

Got this after using Samsung phones for 3 years. NEVER AGAIN, this was a huge downgrade ! The software allows almost no customization. Can't get use to that ugly notch that takes up too much of the top of the screen. The list of reasons I hate this phone are too long for this forum.

I paid full price for a better and new i phone 11 pro max. Wh n i went to set it up i noted the list of blocked calls. If this was a nee phone why was there data on it

Came just as described, with no issues, sealed in great condition, pro max is a great version and model. Always a pleasure buying from best buy.

The best quality, I used this iPhone for 3 consecutive years and nothing was ever damaged.

I am upgrading from the XS Max and compared both iPhones for the last 6 days. I can see that there are only two differences between them, which are the camera options and the operating speed. I like that the Pro Max gives you 3 options to take pictures instead of one. Also everyone been talking about the low light at nighttime and they are correct, the iPhone 11 Pro Max pics do look a ton better than taking pictures from the XS Max. Both of these iPhones are great and I have had every iPhone since 2009.

I bought a unlocked model iPhone 11 pro max 256 gig at least I thought I did came home activated it and then went to use my other sim card and it said sim not supported !! come to find out the sales associates at my local best buy have no clue on unlocked iPhone vs universal iPhone so make sure you have the sku number before going into any store I had to pay a restocking fee after only 3 hours wow never again will I buy phones from best buy !!!!! Other than this the phone is amazing !!!!!!!

I have had iPhones since the original came out and I've never had such a defective product from Apple. I'm not sure if its the phone itself or iOS 13 but the phone has several bugs. I can't get my iMessage working at all. For some reason they go through to my other devices just fine but not to this iPhone. I even turned iMessage off and it still doesn't get texts properly. Apple "Senior" Advisors have been of no help and every support call ends with them telling me to erase the phone and not restore from backup and to call back if I have issues. Would you pay over $1000 for a phone that the manufacturer can't support beyond telling you to erase it 5 times since buying it less than a month ago? Wait for the 2020 iPhone, trust me.
