Not impressed but I made the switch for security purposes. if I could take it back I’d go back to samsung. Although, I would highly recommend this phone to somebody who likes simplicity and requires An easy to use smart Phone. So many things I dislike about this Apple iPhones. It being my first iPhone i am NOT glad I made the switch. I would love to explain the many things I hate about this phone thus far but I don’t want to waste my time nor Bring up any more feelings of regrets having Bought this phone anymore than I already do.

I don't have no problem actually putting the Sim on the phone and it activates easily. I have iPhone 6s plus before getting this phone and I have no complaints at all but far the camera is amazing it stops me from using couple of apps to edit my photo amazing!! Best buy unlock phones are awesome I will definitely would buy in the future.

After using my iPhone 5 for 7+ years finally bought this. Lots of improvements specially with camera.

Everything is great about it! Just the battery gets so hot and dies very quick in heavy use! Had it for 7 months now already at 89% battery health! Still a great phone

Great phone, better value for money than 11 Pro considering cost difference. It was 100% unlocked and works with any sim (tried with US and India sim cards) despite some bad reviews that phones are not unlocked when purchased through BB. Ignore that it comes with a Verizon sim pre installed. Just throw away the sim if you don't need any activation from Verizon.

I’m one of the few where 64gb is more than enough for me. But mainly writing as some reviews said they got refurbs. Maybe they did. But mine was brand new. You can tell by checking the model number in the phone settings.

With the exception of the earphone jack, this iPhone is all that I need in a days work. Performance is better and the new gestures are easier to handle with one hand. Removing the hone button was a good move and the Face ID is very useful.
