    The store was helpful but he had problems in transferring info from iPhone 7 to iPhone 12. Stayed in the store from 4:30 to 9. Kind of frustrating.

    Our son upgraded his iPhone 11 to the iPhone 12 and is so happy with it. The transition was so simple there at Best Buy. The new dark blue is gorgeous!

    I got a new iPhone 12, paid in cash. Previously had an iPhone 8 Plus. I definitely did not upgrade I downgraded. The phone is too small and the battery life is just awful. The color isn’t even red.. more like red-orange. Somehow my two 8 plus iPhones still work way better as we speak. Patiently waiting for next release so I can trade this so called upgrade in. First time I’ve been absolutely dissatisfied with an Apple product.
