I wasn’t even able to get a phone at the Verizon store but got this one no problem at Best Buy. Complaint there is No WAY to actually call the Best Buy store and that’s crazy. But my phone is good

It took a little while to get used to it after having an IPhone 8 for several years. My only complaint was how long it took to update in the store due to BB’s crappy WiFi. For a store that focuses on selling tech products, you would think they would set the standard, but they really went to crap after Circuit City went out of business.
