Battery life drains after a full day of heavy use, but I rarely need to charge between morning and bedtime. Purchasing from BestBuy was easy. They quickly performed all the work necessary to activate my new phone and deactivate the old one. Customer service experience was on par with the Apple Store.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The iPhone 12 was pretty much just handed to me and so I soaked for help transferring the information from my previous iPhone to the new one, to which she replied “of course, I can help you with that” . When I got home some of the apps didn’t transfer and I couldn’t call or receive calls. I had no choice but to go back to the store and ask them for assistance, which was given by a very courteous person and he did fix the problem.

Nice phone but be prepared....

The products perform well and the navigation is intuitive. Unfortunately, once you "buy" into their world, they make sure you stay in it. With my previous phone, an Android, you could change the battery--not with Apple phones. You need to buy a new phone. And their connectors are proprietary....with nice marketable names of course. Would I recommend this phone? Yes, but with the understanding that you should know that you have now joined the exclusive and expensive Apple world.
