I just bought a iPhone 12 in Best Buy and the quality was excelente, this is the second iPhone I buy with them. I use to go to apple store but the line are huge and here is fast in just min I got to pick the phone and they help me right away. Plus the screen protector is warranty for life. I love it !!!

Solid build quality and the blue is a great color. The size of the phone makes it difficult to hold and use one handed.

I can’t say enough about Apple products. Ever since I switched from MS to Apple, I have had nothing but good experiences. If there ever IS a problem, their support is outstanding. Best Buy is also a great source of support. Their personnel has always been more than helpful with any issues!

Apple iPhones are a staple in my household. We purchase due to user friendly technology and compatibility with other Apple products. Early holiday gift for my son. Alternate years for gifts with other family members. Easy shopping. Helpful staff also copied items over for us for while we shopped.

My new iPhone 12 is such an welcomed upgrade from my 6Plus. While there was nothing wrong with the 6Plus I was unable to not be able to load new apps. Have gotten used to swiping and not having a “home” button. Love the clarity and sharpness of the screen.

We purchased this for our daughter who is legally blind. The staff at Cascade Station were very patient and competent in setting up the phone, watch etc. for our daughter. Logan helped on accessibility and Julian helped with the phone.

I have been getting an apple phone that last few years for my child. He enjoys the quality of the phone. Was easy to learn how to use it and put new apps on it. The best buy store answered all of my questions and concerns.

It was a flawless experience. Ordered it online, went to the store and the tech did the rest. Bought a screen saver as well that came with free replacement as long as the vendor still makes it. That was recommended by the tech even.

New iPhone for me. My old iPhone wasn’t up to par & the longer you keep the less it’s worth . So bit the apple & bought . What great employees at the cellular phone counter . They’re great ! Wonderful to work with .

This phone really shouldn't even need reviewing. Have your known an iPhone not to be better than the one before? Just when you think you've seen it all, Apple comes up with something even more incredible. The iPhone 12 is no different!

This phone is virtually the same as the iPhone 11 except for the 5G coverage.

Very happy with the item and Best Buy I have been trying to get a new phone for a while now and it seemed impossible but once going on Best Buy’s website I was instantly approved through Verizon and got my new phone and service that very same day

I have wanted to switch to iPhone from android for 10 years, finally made the switch!!! Overall I am surprised it’s not everything I expected but pretty awesome. Android was not as outdated as i thought and was interested about the way the iPhone interface is set up. I like it and will be an apple user from now on, just not a 5 star for me

If you’re not a professional or quasi professional in the making photographer I don’t get the big splash surrounding this phone it’s no different from any other iPhone in the series yes I love it yes it’s great but the price and the big hurrah surrounding it is way overhyped
