Excited to see how this new iPhone 12 works. I love the retro look.

Very nice color. Camera is a great improvement compare to others.

So my daughter had the phone for about a week and a half and a new update happened. It completely froze her phone. Couldn’t even power it off. Took care of the issue after several attempts. No problems since. Fingers crossed.

So far phone is very nice. Sleek, face recognition & no home screens are a welcome update. Salesman was/is terrific!!! Knowledgeable, professional and a nice person. Would purchase phone from this salesman again at Best Buy

Been a great phone so far but not a lot of difference between this and the old one I had. I will say Best Buy’s trade in was much better than Verizon and I didn’t have to get the unlimited plan. For that I am giving it a 5

I was an Android phone user but in the store the Apple Iphone12 was a better deal. I was nervous I would not be able to get used to the Apple format,etc but it was a breeze. So far I am happy with my purchase!

It was time for a new phone and Best Buy came through with great value and good support on trading in the old phone.

Best shield in the world, if I can’t have one for my life I would couldn’t be happier with this purchase specially if you have some kids that came out of the movie monster inc better get one! All I have to say

My wife loves her new phone (upgraded from iPhone 8). Features and looks are very appealing. Transfer of apps and data went seamlessly at Best Buy! So much easier than dealing with the carrier!

You just can’t beat iPhone quality. This 12 is just as good as all the previous ones. Unless you want the bigger screen associated with the pro max, I’d say the regular 12 is the one to get.

Very impressed with this phone. I like having a slightly smaller phone than 7 plus, also enjoy having the mic on the bottom under the keyboard. Instead of mixed in with the keyboard.

I am enjoying my new phone and and learning all the new features that it has. Between my four children and my husband and I we buy our phones from you because we always get the best deals.

Got this for my husband as an upgrade for our anniversary since we could travel as we are use to doing. He loves it. He is getting well acquainted with it especially at night. Great upgrade.

Very happy with my new phone, a big update from my former “7”. Appreciated the time the Geek Squad took to help me transfer my info and get me acquainted with my new phone.

It’s my first IPhone / Apple Watch combined & individually. Therefore, I am still learning to use outside of my standard work shift. Other than that it’s works okay and has impressed some others. Please include a user guide for both products. Thanks.

This was the phone for the wife. She’s technologically challenged, but seems to like it. She upgraded from an iPhone 5s, so BIG change.
