I hope apple will find a way to protect their iphone 13 what they have before. They remove the plastic on their iphone 13 products. I’m happy because this iphone 12 that I received was sealed perfectly and you can tell that you received a brand new item.

coming off of a 6s this is quite an improvement. I have no need for anything fancy or cutting edge so I was looking at older models. Turned out the 12 was the best value for the price right now. Still adjusting to figuring it out. Way expensive so the monthly plan was the only way to go.

Nicely done Apple. The new iPhone is an attractive package with a nice display. It seems smaller but the screen is a good size with no “waste “around the edges of the display.

Works and looks just as described. A solid piece and very perfect fit albeit snug to initially put on but at least when on you know it won’t/cannot accidentally slip off.

My iPhone XR died within 18 months. No reason. I like the new iPhone 12. We'll see whether it's dependable in the future. I don't like how intrusive it is; I get prompts consistently to do things I'm not interested in. It is functional....what can I say.

Very pleased with my return to Apple. Everything just seems to work, flawlessly. I truly prefer avoiding the continuous monitoring. Face ID is a real time saver

I hope this phone last better than that iPhone 11 that only last 14 months cost me $220 to repair by the geek squad and then I found out I only get $220 exchange

love my new iphone 12. learning all the extra things you can do with this phone. upgraded from 6s. WOW

Had to go back to have them set up my apple watch that I paid to have it hooked up to my other phone. Sales person was to busy to give me good service.

Great purchase! Cheaper than getting from Verizon. The customer service setting it up was amazing as well. Would repeat again when needed.

A nice upgrade from my 7 plus iPhone. Sales representative transferred all my data from my old phone and made sure everything was set up properly.

iPhone 12, so far so good! Had iPhone 6 Plus that couldn’t be fixed, just died, wouldn’t charge or come on! iPhones don’t last like they used too!!

Purchased an iPhone for a gift. I was told that I could activate it at home, but I came to find out that the phone was active, and the phone that it was replacing was no longer active. Employee was fast and courteous, especially on Christmas Eve.
