    Beware of the differences in the later versions of iPhones and expect excruciating challenges with transition from older phone. So far two trips to Best Buy, and about 3 - 4 hours of time there in terms of wait, long long times for mirroring of new phone first from old one and then from the cloud when the phone to phone failed. Old earphones won't plug into new phone, and a LOT of my apps are requiring new set-ups. This all needed when my old iPhone 6, with repeat operating system upgrades, finally got to a battery life under an hour, and I was constantly carrying and using external power packs. And of course new investment in covers, screen protectors, etc, etc, all rendered obsolete buy Apple. None of this is news, of course. They know exactly what they're doing. The Best Buy folks were helpful, but it took multiple "experts" to figure things out. And it becomes pretty impossible for the user/customer to figure out problems when it even involved a defective new adapter for earphone plug in. This has all been frustrating and expensive.

    Good phone. Gets real warm when charging. Would recommend to a friend as a lower cost iPhone. Picture quality is great.
